| By adjusting the amount of steam entering the turbine,the output power of the turbine can be changed,which is the most direct and effective way.When the amount of steam admission changes,the power of the turbine will also change.It is an important part of the overall optimization project of steam turbine to design the regulating characteristic curve of regulating valve and obtain the accurate valve flow characteristic.In order to ensure that the curve design meets the precise requirements and the transformation quality achieves the expected effect,the whole process of the work needs to be fully quality managed.This paper takes the optimization of the flow characteristic curve of the steam turbine of Z Company as the research object.Through the analysis and research of the quality plan,quality control,optimization implementation and quality inspection in the optimization process,it expounds how the quality management guarantees the optimization quality,completes the project obj ectives and achieves the expected effect in the flow curve optimization process.Firstly,the concept of quality management is summarized,and the characteristics of each development stage of quality management are introduced and analyzed in detail.This paper describes the relevant concepts and theories of the flow characteristic curve of steam turbine,analyzes the principles of quality management in detail,further explains the basic methods of quality management,and lists the commonly used quality analysis and control tools.Secondly.the paper analyzes the problems existing in the optimization process of the flow characteristic curve of the steam turbine of Z company.This paper introduces the background of flow curve optimization,describes the organization of optimization work and quality management process in detail.For the current problems,the causal analysis chart is used to analyze the human,machine,material,law,environment and other factors in detail,and to formulate detailed quality improvement measures for the human factors and process method factors.Then,the quality plan and control of steam turbine flow characteristic curve optimization in Z Company are analyzed and studied.Establish the quality policy and objectives,formulate the phased quality control plan,and formulate the detailed step-by-step plan from the three aspects of process analysis,data measurement and implementation improvement,so as to determine the action direction for the optimization work.According to the quality assurance of the optimization process,the whole process control of the optimized quality is carried out.Finally,the implementation and inspection of the optimization of the flow characteristic curve of the steam turbine of Z Company are analyzed and studied.The whole optimization process is described in detail.After the transformation,the unit is tested for flow characteristics,control valve fault detection and opening sequence optimization respectively.The relevant output results are obtained to verify the improvement scheme.The results of verification are compared and analyzed in detail.The analysis results show that the optimization has achieved the expected results. |
