Study On Management Technology And Managent Strategies Of Low Voltage Problems In Yu-Cheng Rural Ares

With the development of economy and the construction of new countryside,the electrification degree of rural areas has developed rapidly.The proportion of electric energy as energy consumption in rural areas has increased significantly.The contradiction between power demand and power supply quality has become increasingly prominent.The problem of low voltage in rural power grids is becoming more and more prominent.From a large number of operating experience analysis,low voltage has always been one of the problems in county distribution network management.Low voltage not only affects the production and life of users,but also increases the line loss of distribution network lines and transformers.The economic operation of the system has caused damage to the electrical equipment used,and voltage quality is also one of the important indicators for evaluating power quality.Therefore,in the context of the above background,this paper has made relevant research on the low-voltage governance of the county distribution network.The main research content and work are:First,through the analysis of the causes of the "low voltage" situation in Yu-cheng’s rural areas.Investigate and analyze the many influencing factors that lead to the "low voltage"phenomenon in Yu-cheng from the management and technical levels,and draw the main factors that affect the low voltage in the Taiwan area;Secondly,based on the theory of voltage quality management and refined management,in light of the problems in the rural voltage quality management of Yu-cheng City Power Supply Company,countermeasures to effectively improve the low-voltage management level of rural Yu-cheng City are proposed.Three stations were selected for comprehensive analysis.Through analysis of their current status and data,the main factors affecting voltage quality were the unbalanced low-voltage three-phase load and the diameter of the power supply line were too small,and a targeted treatment plan was proposed.Finally,clarify the business thinking mode of Yu-cheng City Power Supply Company’s rural voltage quality service planning,optimize voltage quality management and low voltage governance in five aspects of basic management,power grid planning and transformation,operation management,material supply,and news publicity to improve user voltage quality,Actively guide public opinion and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
