The hydraulic buffer is a kind of device which is widely used in the mechanical equipment to play a role of safety protection,especially in the large-scale equipment or the buffer between mechanical structures is more important.However,the existing hydraulic buffer can not effectively solve the problems of high peak buffer pressure,uneven buffer process and so on,so that it will lead to vibration in the buffer process and high peak pressure in high-speed impact,which makes the buffer unable to work effectively.Therefore,a new type of spiral groove hydraulic buffer is designed to solve the above problems in this paper,and the mechanism of energy loss,dynamic characteristics of buffer,optimization of key parameters and test technology are studied.Based on the innovative design of spiral groove hydraulic buffer,the energy loss mechanism of s spiral groove hydraulic buffer is studied and the mathematical model of energy loss of spiral groove hydraulic buffer is established;The influence of structural parameters such as pitch,diameter,groove depth and groove width on the energy loss of single head spiral groove hydraulic buffer and multi head spiral groove hydraulic buffer is studied,which provides strong support for the optimal design of spiral groove hydraulic buffer.The buffering characteristics of the spiral groove hydraulic buffer are studied and the buffering characteristic model is established.Based on the buffering characteristic model,the simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the parameters such as pitch,groove width,groove depth and diameter of the piston.The dynamic characteristics of spiral groove hydraulic buffer are studied.The buffer characteristics of single head spiral groove hydraulic buffer and multi head spiral groove hydraulic buffer are simulated under different parameters.And the streamline diagram,pressure nephogram,velocity nephogram and buffer characteristic curve of internal flow field of buffer are obtained.Aiming at the multi head screw type hydraulic buffer,the buffer characteristics under different head numbers are studied.The single head spiral groove hydraulic buffer is more suitable for low speed and high load conditions,and the multi head spiral groove hydraulic buffer is more suitable for high speed impact conditions.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional hydraulic buffer,the spiral hydraulic buffer has better buffer effect and more stable buffer;Single head spiral hydraulic buffer is more suitable for low speed and high load conditions,while multi head spiral hydraulic buffer is more suitable for high speed impact conditions.Finally,the test technology of the hydraulic buffer is studied,and the energy dissipation test subsystem and the impact test subsystem are designed.The test system can complete the energy dissipation test and buffer performance test under different conditions for different structures of spiral buffer,which provides experimental support for buffer design.
