High-precision three-phase multi-function electric energy meters have always been one of the important research topics in my country’s electric meter industry.In recent years,with the continuous development and upgrading of intelligent technology,various industries have also become more and more demanding on energy meters.In addition to the basic power consumption measurement function,it also has intelligent functions such as multiple rate measurement,multiple harmonic analysis,and data remote transmission.;the higher accuracy of the energy meter,the stronger anti-interference of the electricity meter,and the lower cost and power consumption are undoubtedly new requirements given by this era.The thesis first determines the overall design plan based on the current development status of the electricity meter industry,the theoretical basis of electricity parameter measurement and the overall functional design requirements of the energy meter.Secondly,the hardware circuit is designed around the LPC1227 main control chip and the RN8302 metering chip,including clock circuit,storage circuit,sampling and metering circuit,human-computer interaction circuit,power supply circuit,etc.,and the communication design of 4G module is given in conjunction with EC20 chip.The construction of the hardware circuit complies with the principle of modularity.The metering chip has multiple electrical parameter measurement functions,which effectively has the problems of low accuracy,incomplete function,and poor reliability of the energy meter.Among them,the communication module also uses the 4G communication technology to realize remote meter reading through wireless data transparent transmission for the problems of slow transmission speed and insufficient coverage in the current meter reading method,and transmits the measurement parameters of the meter to the meter reading through the 4G network Management platform to realize real-time monitoring of electric energy meters.Thirdly,based on Keil uvision4 environment,the C/C++language is used to design the software of the three-phase energy meter,including the main program module,hardware drive module,energy measurement module,harmonic analysis module and communication module.Finally,according to the national and industry standards for the design of electric energy meters,a communication and electric energy measurement test platform is built to jointly debug and test the entire system on major functional modules.The test results show that under the operating temperature of-20℃~60℃,all functions can work normally,the voltage and current measurement accuracy is 0.2,the power consumption of the energy meter is less than 3W,and the EMC indicators,which meet the design needs,are in line with the national standards and industry specifications of the energy meter design.
