Grew up slope of tunnel excavation,the tunnel space is relatively closed,the dust is hard to smooth out tunnel,therefore grew up for slope treatment technology of tunnel dust remains to be further in-depth study,this article relying on kanden Zhang Jihuai railway slope tunnel,through the theoretical research,field test and numerical simulation research,grew up in inclined tunnel blasting dust generating mechanism,the harm of dust,dust in distribution migration regularity and grew up in the tunnel slope tunnel dust control technology research,the article main conclusions are as follows:(1)Study on dust generation mechanism in long inclined tunnel during blasting.Grew up through field investigation and theoretical analysis of tunnel drilling and blasting method to study the construction process of inclined well of the process and mechanism of blasting dust period were analyzed,and the blasting during the producing dust divided into stages of drilling and blasting broken rock,and separately has carried on the thorough analysis to the mechanism of producing dust,dust detonation bankruptcy is suiTable for the combination of stress wave and detonation gas pressure theory,under the effect of blasting energy,rock crushing,dust under the impact of the energy in the process,with the air floating in the air,dust and dispersion is higher.(2)Study on dust characteristics of long inclined tunnel during blasting.Grew up by site investigation and theory analysis,the inclined tunnel blasting dust characteristics research,this paper raised phase slope tunnel blasting tunnel structure characteristics of inclined well of the mechanism of dust and grew up that grew up dust slope tunnel with high dust concentration,diffusion is slow,wide distribution,retention time and great harmfulness.(3)Study on dust stress in long inclined tunnel during blasting.Through literature review and theoretical research,it is found that the main forces of dust during tunnel blasting are gravity,buoyancy,resistance,etc.According to Newton’s second law,based on the basic equation of movement of the dust and dust in the final settling velocity calculation method,it is concluded that different size particles of dust settling velocity of the change law of horizontal motion formula by dust,dust particles produced by blasting velocity,the distance of the projectile motion in the air do very short,so the dust before shod migration mainly controlled by the wind velocity and direction before shod.(4)Study on dust migration during blasting in long inclined tunnel.Raised by numerical simulation and field test of the distribution of the phase slope tunnel blasting dust migration rule,shod in front after blasting dust concentration declined with the increase of distance from constraints as a whole and tunnel dust distribution related to ram and dust tunnel export location,and the front shod dust distribution area is divided into high concentration of dust in plateau plummeted area,low concentration of dust,dust concentration region,through numerical simulation,the grew up slope tunnel and grew up in the tunnel blasting dust and flow field distribution features.(5)Study on the application of blasting water mist dust removal technology in the blasting period of long inclined tunnel.Grew up by related data and consulting literature materials,the phase slope tunnel blasting dust prevention and control measures are studied,grew up in combination with inclined tunnel migration regularity of dust distribution,and the settlement of stokes formula,it is concluded that blasting theoretically water mist removal technology with the feasibility of dust removal,grew up in the inclined tunnel by the blasting dust removal experiment,through the dust concentration distribution,before and after the dust control measures from the aspects of engineering application that grew up the effectiveness of the inclined tunnel water mist removal technology application.
