| This paper takes HX Company’s air cargo business as the research object,firstly analyses the external environment in aspects of the macro environment,the industry environment,and the competitors.Secondly,it analyses the internal environment of HX company’s air cargo business,introduces the company’s resources,capabilities and culture.Then the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of air cargo business,to determine the strategic objectives and tasks,and to formulate a targeted air cargo business competitive strategy.Finally,it is to establish corresponding safeguards for HX Company’s air cargo business competitive strategy to ensure the continuous and healthy development.Through analyzing the current status for HX Company’s air cargo business,this paper suggests HX Company to use its advantages and seize the opportunity,use the differentiation strategy,in order that the air cargo business can develop further.This study provides strategy making reference for HX Company’s air cargo business in theoretical and practical perspective,at the same time provides new angle of view and reference for the development of other companies in the air cargo informatization area. |
