Study On The Degree Of Urban Land Use And Benefit Evaluation

With the all-round development of China’s economy and society,the process of urban industrialization and urbanization is accelerating,and the contradiction between supply and demand of urban land is becoming more and more prominent.The study of land use degree and land use efficiency is not only a comprehensive expression of the current situation of land use,but also an important basis for the optimization decision-making of future land development and utilization and urban spatial development direction.Carrying out research on the evaluation of urban land use degree and land use benefits is of great significance to the promotion of regional economic and social sustainable development and the optimization of urban land use structure.In this paper,using RS and GIS technology,through the classification of Liuzhou building type and the extraction of building surfaces,the comprehensive analysis of the land use intensity from the quantity and spatial structure of the construction land in the urban area of Liuzhou City,and then the land use degree of the urban built-up area respectively Evaluation model,AHP analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method,combined with Liuzhou land use related data,evaluate the land use degree and land use benefit of Liuzhou city.The main contents of the study are: 1.Land use intensity analysis.Using RS and GIS technology,the construction types of the built-up area of Liuzhou City and the extraction of the building surface are extracted.By establishing the spatial information database of urban land use in Liuzhou City and analyzing the intensity of land use in Liuzhou City and the main land types.2.Evaluation of land use degree.Starting from the land use breadth and land use intensity,an evaluation model for the land use degree of urban built-up areas is established to evaluate the land use degree of Liuzhou City.3.Land use benefit evaluation.Analyze the problem using AHP AHP,construct urban land use comprehensive benefit evaluation index system from three aspects of land use social benefit,economic benefit,and ecological benefit respectively,use entropy method to calculate the corresponding weight of the index,and establish comprehensive land use The benefit evaluation model evaluates the comprehensive benefits of urban land use in Liuzhou City.4.Coupling and coordinated development analysis of land use degree and land use benefits.Using the coupling degree model and the coordination degree model,the coordinated analysis of the spatial distribution and development of the land use degree and land use benefits in each urban area of Liuzhou City was conducted.5.Put forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote the intensive and sustainable use of Liuzhou’s land resources according to local conditions.The research results show that:(1)At present,the overall building height of Liuzhou City is characterized by a middle height and low surroundings,mainly low-rise buildings and multi-storey buildings,and the overall land use intensity is low.The intensity of land use changes with land types.Residential land shows a spatial pattern of clustering,multi-center distribution,and divergence along the river.The intensity of land use is relatively high.The location characteristics of commercial use are obvious,mainly concentrated in the city center,showing the law of gradual spread of the center to the surroundings.Land use intensity The gradual decrease from the middle to the surroundings;the land for public management and public services is distributed in a point-like manner,and the land use intensity is low;the land for industrial and mining storage exhibits a concentrated distribution at the edges,and the land use intensity is high around the middle and low around.(2)The overall land use degree of Liuzhou city shows the characteristics of high in the middle and low around,and the land use degree is greatly affected by the land use intensity.Liuzhou city has a high proportion of construction land and a high intensity of land use,with an average land use degree of 0.63.Among them,the intensity and degree of land use in the middle of the city is the highest,and the degree of land use in Liudong new area is the lowest.(3)The comprehensive benefit of land use is the result of the comprehensive influence of social benefit,economic benefit and ecological benefit of land use.The economic benefits of Liuzhou City show a distribution pattern of gradually decreasing from southwest to northwest and Southeast;the social benefits show a distribution pattern of higher in the East and lower in the west,and the ecological benefits show a distribution pattern of gradually decreasing from southeast to northwest.The overall comprehensive benefit of Liuzhou city shows the distribution pattern of high in the East and low in the West..Among them,among the urban areas of Liuzhou City,Liunan District has the best economic benefit,with an economic benefit value of 0.0725.The best social benefit is the urban area,and the social benefit value is 0.1248.The best ecological benefit of Yufeng District is 0.0359.The best comprehensive benefit is in the middle of the city,the value of comprehensive benefit is 0.2128,the lowest is in Liubei District,0.0978,and the overall land use comprehensive benefit of Liuzhou city is 0.1269.(4)The coupling degree and coordination degree of Liuzhou city are 0.9947 and 0.4027,respectively,which belong to the high-level moderate coordination type.The land use degree and land use efficiency are in a good development state.According to the coupling degree and coordination degree model,the urban areas of Liuzhou can be divided into four different types in space.The middle area of the city is of high level and high coordination type;the north area of Liubei is of running in and medium coordination type;the south area of Liunan is of high level and medium coordination type;the Yufeng area is of antagonistic and low coordination type.The coupling coordination degree between the overall land use degree and the land use efficiency of Liuzhou city gradually weakened from the center to the outside.According to the current land use situation of Liuzhou City,three suggestions for sustainable development are put forward:(1)strictly control the scale of new construction land and activate the stock of construction land.(2)We will optimize and adjust the structure of urban land use,and promote industrial transformation and urban upgrading.(3)We will increase investment in land,ensure industrial parks and foster space for mass entrepreneurship.(4)Adhering to the concept of green development,build an ecological livable city.
