| With the increasing urbanization,the level of housing commercial buildings,urban infrastructure and public services has been significantly improved,which leads to the increasingly prominent contradiction between the limited construction land capacity and the continuously and rapidly increasing demand.At the same time,it also increases the difficulty of municipal pipelines to a certain extent,and continues to expand the scale and capacity.As for the underground comprehensive pipe gallery project,this project has a large scale,a large amount of funds and a long construction time.Therefore,in the process of construction,it is bound to be affected by various factors,such as technology and economy.Therefore,the project is an emerging project,with few related project cases and few research contents at the management level,which can not provide practical reference.According to the specific situation of the project construction,adjust the current various measures,and implement the effective treatment scheme,so as to ensure that the project planning and management work is well done,which is conducive to further enhancing the project management level.The research object selected in this paper is the underground comprehensive pipe gallery project of Jincheng city.Then,the quality management and cost control of the construction project are explored in-depth.Through various analysis contents,the actual problems are fully summarized,and the theory of cost control of the construction project is actively improved,which is also expected to be in the overall process for the future engineering projects in China Provide some suggestions and some practical guidance.To supervise the whole process of the early planning,material purchase and later construction of the project,find out problems in time,put forward improvement measures,and effectively solve various problems,can guarantee the achievement of the original economic and social benefit objectives of the project from various links. |
