| Under the background of energy industrial restructuring and new electricity reform,the internal and external environment of new energy power generation enterprises is constantly changing,and the industry competition is fierce.Only by choosing a development strategy suitable for the background of the new era can we effectively respond to the opportunities and challenges brought by the energy revolution.Ningxia Jiaze New Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Jiaze New Energy" or "Company")has expanded its business,expanded its scale and improved its economic benefits by adopting relevant diversified development strategies from the beginning of its establishment to before the new power transformation.However,after the new electricity reform,with the continuous development and growth of the company,only choosing this development strategy cannot better meet the company’s future development needs.Therefore,this study uses the PESTEL model,the Porter’s five forces model and the SWOT model to analyze the external macro environment,industry competition environment,internal environment,strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Jiaze,New Energy,defines the company’s vision,mission,development objectives and core values,and evaluates the company’s future development strategy by combining EFE matrix,IFE matrix and QSPM matrix On the basis of continuous selection of diversified development strategy,the development strategy of horizontal integration and forward integration was added,the implementation of a series of concrete measures are put forward,and in the late before and during strategy implementation,adjust and control.This study provides a reference for the future development of Jiaze New Energy and the development of enterprises in the same industry. |
