Research Of Cost Management On The Project Of Bi Yun Diamond Apartments

Project cost management is based on the implementation of the project,the project’s resource demand and supply analysis,cost estimation,cost budgeting and cost control process.Through project cost management,it is possible to ensure that the various implementation phases of the project are controlled within the cost plan.The domestic construction engineering industry has a long history of lagging construction management organizations and chaotic project cost management processes.This article takes the Biyun Diamond Apartment decoration project as an example.In the early stage of project implementation,the standard project cost management method is used to detail the cost management process of the project.The plan will help improve the project management level and market competitiveness of construction companies.This paper takes the application of cost management in construction projects as the research background,and uses the relevant theory of project cost management to study the cost management of Biyun Diamond Apartment decoration project.First,using expert judgment and analog estimation methods,according to the project work breakdown structure and project resources,the project resource plan is compiled to obtain the resource load map and cumulative resource demand curve,and the resource demand and supply situation are analyzed.Secondly,a comprehensive and detailed estimation of the project cost is made through the combination of expert judgment method,analog estimation method and work item measurement algorithm,and the overall cost of the project is estimated.Then,the total budget of the project is obtained through the bottom-up budget method for the project’s project cost budget,and the total budget is broken down according to the project work breakdown structure and schedule,and then the project budget is adjusted according to the construction plan adjustment.Based on the schedule,the baseline budget of the project is determined.Then,a detailed project cost monitoring plan is developed.The information system and the earned value method are used to find out the actual cost and budget cost deviation in time,and corresponding corrective measures are formulated according to the deviations between schedule and cost to realize the cost control of the project.Finally,from the aspect of organization and management system,personnel arrangement,capital arrangement,and information system,we put forward a safeguard system for project cost management,resulting in dynamic,comprehensiveness,and systematic cost,quality and cost management methods and advanced information system applications are key to project cost management.This study provides a dynamic,comprehensive,and comprehensive cost management plan for the Biyun Diamond Apartment decoration project.Through reasonable cost estimation,cost budgeting,and cost control,it is expected that project cost management objectives can be achieved.The method and experience of this research can also provide reference for cost management of other similar construction projects.It is beneficial to advanced cost management technologies such as BIM 5D(3D modeling,schedule management,cost management),earned value analysis,and information system document management in construction.The application and popularization of engineering construction industry.
