| Overlooking the development of industry,on behalf of the manufacture industry,the vehicles industry has been advancing to be intelligent,environmental and safer with the promotion of internet plus.Thus,the transmission affirmed as the key problem needs to be solved,which is related with the vehicle transmission character,driving experience and the energy consumption.Electro-Mechanical controlled metal belt Continuously Variable Transmission,which is short in EMCVT,is the main research objective of this paper.This EMCVT adopted the disc spring,powered by the motor,to force the cone disc move along the axial direction,realizing the speed ratio regulation.Instead of using the hydraulic system,the motor system has a lot of advantages.Not only can it save the energy consumption and the manufacture cost,up to 15%and 40%respectively,but also it has a high reliability.The research target of this paper is to achieve the goal of making this control technology be commercialized,making the controller used in many kinds of vehicles to get the excellent ride performance.The main part of this paper can be concluded as following points.First,the mechanical structure,speed variable principle,force conditions,speed ratio models of the EMCVT and the mechanical system of the clutch are all researched.Second,after analyzing the engine power character curve,the character requirement of EMCVT can be attained.Then,the signals of the control system are all listed in the table and classified into analog signals,figure signals and switch signals.Meanwhile,the overall control scheme is determined,and the choice of motors,control strategies and the SCM have been made.Third,using Simulink and State flow in MATLAB,the software of the control system has been established,including signal processing module,determinant processing module of engine state,control module of gear recognition,vehicle state determinant module,target ratio calculation module,motor relay control module and motor logic control module.At the same time,the strategies and mathematical models have been verified by using MATLAB/Simulink.At last,the overall structure of the controller hardware system has been built and the periphery circuits have been designed for communicating with the SCM.Then,according to the design presented above and the requirements of vehicles,the related technical agreement and related tests are protocoled.At the same time,the sample piece has been manufactured.At the end of this paper,all of the work that has been done during the task research has been concluded,and the future improvement and research direction have been presented clearly. |
