Our country has become the world’s largest system of high-speed railway systems,with the strongest integration capacity,the largest operating mileage,the highest running speed and the largest country in construction,leading the new trend in the development of world high-speed railway.According to the requirements of railway related documents,the new high-speed dedicated passenger Line Over 350 kilometers an hour use CRTSⅢ Ballast less track slab.At present,SRTS company has contracted for the construction of CRTSⅢBallast less track slab of dedicated line of Shangqiu to Hefei to Hangzhou.In order to meet the time requirement of the whole line supply track slab,it needs to expand on the basis of the original production line.Under this background condition,this paper took the second stage expansion project of track slab production line as a subject,and used the methods of literature analysis and case analysis to summarize and sort out the relevant knowledge of project progress management theory according to relevant theories.Based on the foundation of the second phase expansion project of track slab production line,combining theoretical research with practice,it describes and studied that schedule plan and control of the project.This paper introduces the project background and project content of the second phase expansion project of rail slab production line of SRTS company,analyzing the factors influencing the project progress,and formulating the project work decomposition and responsibility allocation,drawing project network diagram,defining key path,optimizing project progress,implementing and controlling progress,and making specific elaboration and research determination to ensure the project can be completed on schedule.In this paper,the project’s progress management research,the application of project management to the actual project,has provided the theory and practical basis for the domestic industrial construction project and schedule management of track slab factory project,has significant reference.
