Elevator door control system is an important part of the elevator,and elevator system is the most frequent movement,but also directly to the face of the passengers.Thus,in the practical application a safe,reliable,stable performance,smooth operation of the elevator door control system is needed.The traditional elevator door protection system has a certain dead zone and lag,making the safety and reliability of the elevator door to be improved.In this context,the video sensor elevator door control system is designed.The control strategy of elevator door control system are analyzed and studied in detail,and gives the theoretical calculation and realization method of motor running in S curve when acceleration and deceleration.In order to improve the system performance and enhance the adaptability of the system,the adaptive control is applied to the elevator door control system.In addition,the theory of adaptive control is deeply discussed,and its feasibility and implementation method are also studied.The use of image processing technology is to design a video sensor system,as a protective device for the elevator door.Second,the systematic research has completed the software design.The system main program,initialization and reset procedure are designed in a modular way,the normal switch control of the elevator door is realized by interrupt response mode,and the S-curve signal adaptive control is realized by the weighted average method.Using the characteristics of the image to judge the obstacle at the elevator door,the detection accuracy is high,and there is no blind spot,providing a reliable elevator protection.The design build door control system and video sensor system experimental platform.According to the system technical requirements and control laws,the entire system of the various modules are designed.Video sensing part of the collected images use partition processing.By combining with different algorithms in each area,an adaptive background model is set up for the motion detection part,the background image is updated in real time,the accuracy of the motion detection is improved,and the monitoring interface is designed to monitor the running status of the elevator.Record and analyze the data during the operation of the elevator to obtain the best threshold and achieve the best detection result.Finally,the whole control system is experimentally debugged,the experimental waveform is observed by an oscilloscope,and the experimental waveform is analyzed to verify the feasibility and practicability of the control system.After debugging and experiment,the designed control system can basically meet the requirements of elevator door system,and the running precision is high,the reliability is good,the response is fast,and the utility model has good practical prospect.
