With the development of science and technology and the increasing demand for energy,Tanker as the most important equipment for short-distance energy transportation are getting higher and higher practicality and safety demand.From the perspective of enterprise development,it is more eager for a concise and effective design concept.It not only integrates the new technologies,new methods and new methods,but also effectively improves the competitiveness of products.in this paper,the virtual prototyping technology,the tank container modeling technology,the structure of internal simulation technology,and structural optimization technology not only can shorten the product development cycle and reduce development costs,but also can improve production efficiency and product quality,so as to improve The purpose of product competitiveness.Recently,HyperWorks for the research and application of finite element method in our country has been rapid development,it is a powerful structural analysis and structural optimization software package,based on the SPH method,a liquid sloshing calculation model of a three-dimensional rectangular tank under random acceleration excitation in HyperWorks is established and solved.The obtained liquid level fluctuation is compared with the experimental results and found that the simulation method can simulate the phenomena of liquid level rolling and crushing caused by liquid sloshing effectively and effectively.The liquid sloshing of rectangular tanks under sinusoidal velocity is further simulated.The feasibility of the SPH method to solve such problems is proved.In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of tank truck and the national standard,a model of a tank truck has been build and analyzed by finite element method.We completed the design with SolidWorks,established the shell model of semi-trailer tank and imported to finite element software for pretreating with HyperMesh.Used Radioss as the solver to complete the calculation of oil sloshing under different filling ratio,Then used post-processing software to see the sloshing simulation results and the stress distribution,size and discipline of each component,At the same time to complete the corresponding strength check.Finally,we improved the tank structure,completed modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,and gave the measure to avoid resonance.Afterwards,we carried out the semi-trailer tank for strength analysis with Radioss solver,Simulated fluid-structure coupling effect of partition and oil under the action of inertia force in the braking process,analyzed the oil sloshing impact on the stress distribution of the partition and drew stress distribution in shock of oil.Finally,I completed the vibration analysis and the improvement on the distance ofpartition and the size of the oil spill hole.Through the analysis of this article,we can find out the hidden danger of accident,extend the life expectancy,improve the safety and reduce the economic loss and also provide relevant data and theoretical basis for the design and production of the new tanker。... |
