Since entering the 21st century,under the background of steady development of social economy,China’s aviation,aerospace,transportation and construction industries have all shown rapid development For China’s aluminum processing industry,it is also gradually developed under such a background.Traction machines are the key link influencing production efficiency.This double traction system is the development trend of aluminum traction in the future.This article takes the actual project as the background,carries on the thorough research to the double tractor control system.First of all,this article describes the aluminum line production process.And focused on the performance indicators of the tractor and control technological requirements.The tractor control system was analyzed and the tension control of the tractor control system was added.Then the tractor control system was studied and the speed control and tension control of the alternating double tractor were analyzed.When analyzing the tension control,consider using the direct torque control method to make the inverter control approximate to the effect of servo motor control motor torque.Then focuses on the direct torque control of the inverter control three-phase asynchronous motor.The mathematical model of the traction motor and the stator flux observation model were established.The stator flux regulation,torque adjustment and switch selection table of the traction motor are discussed.The tractor direct torque control strategy is given.An improved scheme was proposed for tension control,and the scheme was simulated to prove the advantages of the improved scheme.An improved scheme was proposed for tension control,and the scheme was simulated to prove the advantages of the improved scheme.An important program in the control system was designed,and an alternate tension control scheme for the double traction machine was designed.The tension control of the traction machine was achieved through the direct torque control of the frequency converter,which satisfied a series of requirements in the traction link of the equipment.Finally,the device was debugged and the specific solution was given according to the site problem.The control system has been put into production and commissioning on a number of different types of aluminum profile traction machines,with an average production cycle of 2 minutes per unit.The control effect is good,the operation is stable,and the reject rate is within 3%. |
