Bao Cloud Data Center Project of Baosight is located in Baosteel group Luojin plate plant.Bao Cloud Data Center Phase 4 Project plans to reform Luojin plant 62-70 axis/South of K axis into a three layer B class data center,which can accommodate 2668 cabinets.The construction area is 28052 square meters.The building is three storey reinforced concrete frame structure.The project started on October 1,2017 and will be delivered on December 30,2018.Compared with other construction of the same scale data center at home and abroad,the following problems exist during Bao Cloud Data Center Phase 4 Project:(1)Short construction duration;(2)Professional cross construction;(3)Design schedule lag;(4)Equipment material delivery schedule lag;(5)The construction site is narrow.The hoisting and transportation of materials are inconvenient.Time limit is tight.Schedule constraints are more.Scientific and reasonable schedule must be worked out and schedule control must be carried out,which can ensure Bao Cloud Data Center Phase 4 Project is completed on time.According to schedule constraints during Bao Cloud Data Center Phase 4 Project construction,the paper uses literature research method,quantitative analysis method and case analysis method to analyze and research Bao Cloud Data Center Phase 4 Project.Work breakdown structure,critical path and other project schedule management techniques are used in the paper.The specific research contents of the paper include:(1)According to project schedule management theory,schedule compiling method and schedule optimization method,combined with Bao Cloud Data Center Phase 4 Project,project schedule objective in short duration and cross construction situation is analyzed and demonstrated.In this paper,the work definition,task allocation,work order relationship determination and time estimation of the project are carried out.On this basis,the project schedule plan is compiled.Schedule optimization and cost optimization are further carried out.(2)The project schedule can’t be considered very well during the process of compiling.Some unpredictable factors will be encountered in the process of actual implementation.Therefore,the project schedule will inevitably occur deviation during the implementation of schedule.According to the project schedule control principle and control measures combined with Bao Cloud Data Center Phase 4 Project problems,the paper analyzes and demonstrates construction schedule control,establishes effective schedule control process and puts forward some construction schedule safeguard measures so as to ensure the construction schedule.Through this study,a reasonable schedule plan and schedule control system can be compiled.And the construction schedule management effect of Bao Cloud Data Center Phase 4 Project is greatly improved so as to avoid the deviation of construction schedule.Due to the limited personal work experience and knowledge,the overall schedule of the project is not reasonable and the connection between the procedures is bound to be inappropriate.I hope to continue to improve in the process of the implementation of the project.
