Due to the mobility and operability of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV),which has a wide application prospect in military, civil and public safety.Compared with the traditional cellular network, due to UAV’s mobility and relatively complex and changeable air environment lead to the traditional free space loss channel model which is no longer applicable. On the other hand,UAV has a certain height compared with traditional ground base stations, which can cover more users and have a larger network throughput. However,if it continues to increase its height and path loss increases, thus there exists an optimal UAV height to maximize the communication power gain.In addition,it needs battery power for limited endurance, and the propulsion energy consumption of UAV accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption, and also the propulsion energy consumption is a function of track radius and speed. Therefore,a multi-dimensional resource allocation algorithm based on system Energy Efficiency(EE)optimization in UAV network is designed.Since the objective function of the established multi-dimensional resource joint optimization model is a non-convex programming problem, but the non-convex objective function can be converted into a convex programming problem to solve by using fractional programming theory, and then the optimal solution of each variable under the multi-dimensional resource allocation strategy can be obtained by using iterative algorithm,Lagrange and sub-gradient methods and the relationship between function derivatives and extremum. In addition to Energy Efficiency affects the network performance.Spectral efficiency(SE)is also one of the important indicators that affect network performance. However, spectrum resources are relatively scarce in wireless networks. In this paper,Non--orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA)technology is used to improve system spectrum efficiency. In order to ensure fairness among users,a joint optimization model of energy efficiency and spectrum efficiency with fairness is established, and the multi-objective optimization problem is converted into a single-objective optimization problem by using weighting method and iteration method. Finally,MATLAB software is used to verify the proposed multi-dimensional resource allocation algorithm for the optimization of energy efficiency and the fair joint optimization scheme of energy efficiency and spectrum efficiency. The results show that the proposed scheme is superior to the traditional optimized partial resource allocation scheme and the network performance of edge users is also guaranteed. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified, which provides support for the related research of UAV auxiliary network.
