With the increasing attention of the world to Marine resources,the development of naval equipment has become a hot topic in recent years.As the most strategic and deterrent weapon in Marine equipment,aircraft carrier has become the most important direction of national defense construction.The combat effectiveness of an aircraft carrier is mainly reflected by its carrier-based aircraft.The development and guarantee of the carrier-based aircraft’s performance is also the guarantee of the carrier’s combat effectiveness.Aircraft due to its perennial need with the carrier to perform a task,for a long time in high salinity and high moisture in the Marine environment,vulnerable to the salt fog in the air dust pollution,such as the pollution not only can reduce the surface roughness of aircraft,affect the aerodynamic performance,but also be easy to cause the corrosion of the body,greatly shorten the service period,causing unnecessary economic loss,more serious,it will endanger the life safety of the driver,so the carrier-based aircraft’s cleaning and daily maintenance is particularly important.However carrier-based aircraft’s cleaning is different from other general equipment,has a very strict requirements,different parts of the plane,and even different texture of skin,have unique requirements for cleaning index.At present,in our country,carrier-based aircraft’s cleaning is mainly manual,the cleaning method is inefficient,and gradually has not suitable for rapid development and expansion of scale of carrier-based aircrafts now.This article proposes the design of an embedded aircraft automatic cleaning control system.By combining the embedded control system and a cleaning equipment,the purpose is to realize automatic control of the cleaning process.It is hoped that the automatic control system can be used to implement a cleaning system suitable for multiple models and parts,so that the water and cleaning fluid can be dynamically blended in proportion to the cleaning requirements,and can be easily operated by the operator with simple buttons,improving the cleaning efficiency.This article first carried out the overall design of the embedded aircraft automatic cleaning control system,modeled and analyzed the automatic cleaning control system described in this article,and verified the feasibility of the scheme of controlling the flow through the electric valve and then adjusting the flushing pressure.Then the article designed the embedded hardware for the control system.The construction of the entire control system was divided into two parts: electrical box and display control box.Hardware circuits were designed for the two parts.The main control chip was used ARM7 as the core,The Circuit design and PCB drawing are combined with various sensors and electric valves.Then,the control algorithm was designed,the system simulation is used to verify the control algorithm,and the control system was designed with software.Finally,hardware debugging and system tests were performed to verify the feasibility of the cleaning system.
