Research On The Innovation System Of Integration Of Military And Civil In Ship Industry

Shipbuilding industry occupies an important position in China’s national defense science and technology industry.In the process of continuously strengthening the development strategy of military-civilian integration and promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of shipbuilding industry and the innovation of military-civilian integration can not only enhance the overall strength of China’s shipbuilding industry,promote the development of China’s national defense industry,but also enhance China’s national defense strength.The development of social economy is of great significance.This paper takes the innovation of civil-military deep integration in China’s shipbuilding industry as the research object,analyses the research status of civil-military deep integration and innovation mechanism at home and abroad,points out the main problems existing in the development of civil-military deep integration in China’s shipbuilding industry,and analyses the classification of China’s shipbuilding industry and the development characteristics of civil-military deep integration,that is,the overall development of China’s shipbuilding industry is rapid.Fast and comprehensive strength has been enhanced in international competition.At the same time,China’s shipbuilding industry is also facing some difficulties:excessive capacity of shipbuilding industry products;less advanced technology and patents in shipbuilding industry;low degree of civil-military integration in shipbuilding industry,and civil-military integration needs further development.On the basis of military-civilian integration and innovation theory,the connotation of innovation,military-civilian integration and innovation mechanism are analyzed.Starting from the system theory,this paper constructs an innovative system of civil-military deep integration in China’s shipbuilding industry,studies the dynamic mechanism,social service guarantee mechanism,resource sharing and technology transfer mechanism of civil-military deep integration,and then analyses the innovative mechanism of civil-military deep integration as a whole,which is the basis of forming the innovative system of civil-military deep integration in shipbuilding industry.On the other hand,the evaluation index system of the operation effect of the innovative mechanism of civil-military deep integration in China’s shipbuilding industry is constructed.Through the establishment of relevant index system and the use of synergy model,the synergy evaluation criteria of military-civilian deep integration innovation are formed,and the synergy degree of the development of shipbuilding industry is measured.This paper chooses the representative China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group(CSHIG)in the deep integration of civil and military industries in China.On the basis of the analysis of its specific situation,through qualitative and quantitative research,this paper calculates the degree of synergy and order of CSHI’s deep integration innovation,and draws a conclusion that the power mechanism is in the extreme level of synergy in its development.Through the research and analysis of the synergy level of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry,it can be roughly concluded that the development level of military-civilian deep integration innovation in China’s shipbuilding industry has been gradually improved,and the overall synergy level is relatively high.Based on the analysis of the results,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the national,market,industry and enterprise levels,in order to promote and promote the development of civil-military integration and innovation in China’s shipbuilding industry.
