| HVAC(Heating,Ventilation,Air-conditioning)system is one of the important components of the offshore engineering operation platform.It is not only related to the normal air exchange and heat transfer requirements of the whole platform equipment,at the same time,it also affects the operation and living life of the staff.Because of offshore engineering platform(ship)has the oil and gas processing or oil and gas transportation function,the requirements of the offshore engineering platform(ship)for the division and management of dangerous areas are more specific.In particular,the restrictive management of toxic gas areas is more stringent,and it is clearly put forward that certain dangerous areas must be negative pressure,and the realization of this function is achieved by adjusting the air pressure inside and outside the region.This also requires that each room must meet the air volume design requirements of the area,that is,to achieve the balance of the air volume design in each area.In order to fulfill the HVAC system designed goal,it is necessary to give effective control from the stage of design,the selection of equipment function and material performance,the inspection of site construction process,and the verification stage of later debugging effect.In this paper,we take the sixth generation of semi-submersible drilling platform(COSL PROSPECTOR who can meet the NORSOK Standard Requirement)as our study object to study the design、construction、commissioning technology of HVAC system.Start with the analysis of the present status at domestic and oversea,and with the marine environment and the characteristics of HAVC system.To study the system design、construction、mechanical completion、commissioning aspects.In the process of research,the platform introduces frequency conversion and variable air volume regulation technology and foreign advanced commissioning technology and equipment,which greatly improves the automation of the air conditioning system of the platform.The deviation between the final air volume balance test results and the design value of the air conditioning system is less than 5%,reaching the advanced level in the world.Due to the strong representativeness of the platform,it is hope to summarize and refine a set of effective HVAC installation methodology and commissioning technology for marine and marine engineering industry through this research,and also provide references for domestic trade workers or industry related persons. |
