| The number of cars in Chinese market has been over 200 million,just after US market.It has facilitated Chinese cars’ consumption concept to become matured,and our auto market has moved to a new stage of rigid & upgraded combined consumption.On the one hand,there is still some gaps between Chinese cars’ consumption level and matured market,most of us are still under first car purchasing period,on the other hand,with the increased income of citizen,the auto market has showed up the upgrading consumption trend.People cared more about the brand & shape of cars as well as the comfort & manipulation,so more and more attractive cars are coming to the market.It requires car makers to speed up new cars’ development,correspondingly,set makers should react timely to support the quick updating of different car models.Therefore,project schedule management is becoming more and more important since it could ensure the timely launch of new products to increase the enterprise’s competitiveness.This article focuses on the research on project schedule management of automotive lighting in C company,including project schedule planning and controlling etc.,to combine with C company’s Auto Lamp project development guideline to analyze the status & problems of current project schedule management level,including problems on project planning & controlling,it aims to define a clear project plan and control the timeline base on this timeline,on the one hand,to breakdown all the project work steps from project concept & business case & prototype & pilot production to mass production and calculate the time for each step for the whole time plan,on the other hand,to introduce Microsoft Project software for the project schedule controlling and control the timeline in a systematic method to cover all the aspects(process controlling & project team member management etc.),the target is to make sure all the milestones could be achieved on time and on quality,so the product can be open to market on plan to meet the requirement of the market. |
