The Formation Mechanism Of Entrepreneur Strategy Dominant Logic

As a relatively late developing country in the global economy,China has a considerable number of successful international enterprises’ development experience for domestic enterprises to learn from.In addition,a large number of state-owned enterprises in China have experienced the period of planned economy,learned foreign technologies quickly,and have different development trajectories,experiences and systems from foreign enterprises.For private enterprises,most of them have also experienced technology introduction and followed the development path of imitation.Therefore,there is a phenomenon that enterprises that have experienced similar difficulties adopt different development strategies,which eventually lead to different fates of enterprises.Furthermore,during the development of many Chinese enterprises in the past decades,entrepreneurs are the managers who mainly make decisions on the development strategy of enterprises.It is they who expand the scale of enterprises from dozens or hundreds of employees step by step and even lead them to the leading position in the industry.Therefore,how the logic of entrepreneur strategy dominance is formed is very important for understanding the development strategies of many domestic enterprises.By three entrepreneurs in China’s industrial enterprises,and its four typical enterprise case studies,this paper concludes that the formation mechanism of entrepreneur strategic logic: identity,professional ability and indirect learning process will affect the formation of entrepreneurs’ mental models,unilateral and interact directly with entrepreneurs psychological learning process model.The causal logic ability of entrepreneurs is a moderating variable between the psychological model of entrepreneurs and the dominant logic of entrepreneurs,which affects the correctness of the dominant logic of entrepreneurs.
