| With the continuous promotion of China’s deep-sea strategy,it is necessary to strengthen the transportation and guarantee of strategic materials at sea in order to deal with the possible conflicts of maritime rights and interests.At present,the major military powers generally use ro-ro ship to transport military equipment at sea.However,the equipment carried by ro-ro ship will change dynamically with the war situation.How to quickly complete the automatic solution of different stowage schemes is of great practical significance for the realization of efficient delivery of military forces at sea.In view of the stowage problem,the multi-criteria ship stowage optimization scheme can be obtained quickly by developing a prototype system of ship stowage software.The specific research work is as follows:Based on the analysis of the important and difficult points of the stowage of the weaponry ship,the characteristics and requirements of the roll on roll off shipment of the weaponry,the evaluation index of the stowage scheme is defined.The evaluation indexes of experts are often fuzzy and uncertain.The triangular fuzzy number is used to describe the evaluation information in a unified way,and the TOPSIS algorithm commonly used in decision-making is introduced.The evaluation method of ship stowage scheme based on AHP-Fuzzy-TOPSIS is studied and the overall research framework of ship stowage of weapon equipment is designed.In order to get the best scheme of ship stowage,the weight of each evaluation index of ship stowage scheme is calculated by the method of triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of simplifying the analysis of multiple sub objectives of stowage scheme,the mathematical model of ship stowage is established.TOPSIS is used to realize the sequence optimization of each alternative scheme,which provides the basis for the solution of multi criteria decision optimization.Aiming at the multi-layer,multi-type formation of weapons and equipment ships,a twostage optimization algorithm is designed.In order to allocate resources effectively,in the first stage of ship stowage,adaptive mutation and local search represented by Tabu are integrated into PSO algorithm and the above algorithm is discretized;in the second stage,the adaptive mutation and heuristic rules are integrated into the PSO to complete the allocation optimization of equipment parking positions.Different coding and decoding designs are adopted for the different objects of the two algorithms.In order to solve the problem of ship stowage with multi-level evaluation indexes,the multi criteria ship stowage evaluation system is integrated with two-stage intelligent optimization algorithm,and the prototype system of ship stowage software is developed,which realizes the comprehensive optimization solution of different expert scoring strategies.Through the case of ship stowage,the effectiveness and feasibility of hybrid particle swarm optimization based on multi criteria decision-making method are verified. |
