In recent years,with the progress of space science and technology,the application of satellite remote sensing is more and more extensive,and the demand for satellite remote sensing in both military and civil fields is increasing.Due to the limited resources on the satellite,the increase of the number of earth observation tasks makes the remote sensing satellite unable to complete all observation tasks,which requires the rational planning of resources and tasks to maximize the comprehensive benefits.For satellites in orbit for a long time,this paper divides the task planning into two parts:long-term planning and short-term planning.The purpose of the short-term planning is to obtain the specific imaging plan of the short-term task and the single scene target decomposed in the large area.The method of mission planning is studied to solve the task assignment problem of single satellite and multiple satellites.The specific work is as follows:The characteristics,process and constraints of satellite mission planning are analyzed.This paper introduces the imaging range of satellite,the input and output of satellite earth observation mission planning and the calculation of satellite coverage of the ground area.The constraints involved include three aspects: load,aging and platform.The input includes the information of the satellite platform and the observed target,and the output is the observation sequence,observation time and the observed target information.The earth observation satellite mission model is established.Firstly,reasonable assumptions are given,then the long-term and short-term planning problems of earth observation satellite mission planning are described mathematically,and the constraint model is established.Finally,the objective function is given.The algorithm of long-term and short-term mission planning is studied.In this paper,the heuristic algorithm based on rules is used to solve the long-term planning problem,and the heuristic rules and information are given.Ant colony algorithm is used to solve the short-term programming model.In the short-term planning,the MPC model control theory is introduced to avoid the problem of inaccurate planning results caused by large errors in the long-term trajectory prediction.Finally,an example is used to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.Design and implement the earth observation satellite mission planning APP.The system integrates the business logic,the task planning problem solution algorithm and the scene display,the programming USES the JAVA language under the Windows environment.This research provides a referential method for the long-term mission planning of orbiting satellites.
