Design Of The Surface Defect Detection System For Magnetic Chip

The surface defects of magnetic chip will seriously affect the quality of the IC.It is low efficiency and high work intensity to detect defects with traditional and artificial naked eye method.In this paper,a magnetic chip surface defect detection system using image processing technology is designed,which can detect the magnetic chip with surface defect and facilitate mass production.The surface defect system of magnetic chip,which is composed of CCD camera,computer and zone light compensation control board,is given in the paper.The control board circuit of 5-zone independent dimming is designed in detail.The connection and control of the camera with 20 Megapixel and the computer are discussed.Based on the surface defects algorithm of magnetic chip,the graphical interface of surface defects detection system for magnetic chip is designed.The processing flow chart of the system so ftware is given,mainly including the working interface display,the modules of image acquisition and display,chip image preprocessing,chip surface defect detection and progress display,chip defect marking,chip defect detection result display,chip detail display and result saving.Finally,through testing the magnetic chip surface defect detection system,the results show that the system designed in this paper meets the system requirements.
