| With the improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection in recent years,the standards of energy conservation and emission reduction in various industries have become increasingly stringent.Since the energy saving and emission reduction of the shipping industry started later than other transportation modes,how to reduce pollutant emission and energy consumption under the premise of ensuring the business demand is an urgent problem to be solved by energy-saving and environmental friendly ships.With the development of power electronic technology,the ship electric propulsion technology matures,and its energy conservation and environmental protection,great flexibility in space,low noise and cost reduction enable the ship electric propulsion technology to apply in a wider range.It not only provides a good solution for energy conservation and emissions reduction,but also presents the important and main trend of environmental protection ship design.However,the current state of the expensive electric propulsion systems equipped with energy storage systems is also an important factor affecting their promotion and use in the river.How to balance the economy and save energy is the key to solving this problem.Based on the electric propulsion technology,this paper explores the feasibility of the practical application of electric propulsion environmentally friendly ferries by optimizing the design of 120 ferry hulls and electric propulsion systems,and conducts energy conservation,environmental protection and economic analysis.This paper analyzes the policies and regulations of energy conservation and emission reduction in recent years and the status quo of electric propulsion technology for ships at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the current situation of application of inland river ferries.According to the ship layout requirements and the flexible layout of the electric propulsion system,combined with the floating state adjustment,the overall layout design of the ship is completed;the mother ship modification method is combined with the layout characteristics and the center of gravity change,the prototype ship profile line is optimized,the ship resistance is reduced,energy is saved,and the effect is reduced.The ship resistance is calculated using STAT-CCM+software.Based on the analysis of the actual situation of ship operation,the scheme of diesel-electric hybrid electric propulsion system with common dc bus was selected.By calculating the requirements of each working condition,the system capacity and power system architecture are determined.Based on the principles of environmental protection and economic optimization,a multi-objective optimization configuration model of electric propulsion system was established.Life cycle costs and NOx emissions are the optimization goals.The multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the optimal matching scheme for diesel generator sets and battery packs.Finally,the weight of the entire ship is estimated based on the optimal solution.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the environmental greenness of the ship,calculate the fuel consumption of the ship,and compare and analyze the optimization of the new ship type in energy conservation and environmental protection.Finally,the economy of the ship is calculated,and the best scheme to shorten the investment return period and increase the income is obtained.The research in this paper designs a set of environmental friendly ferry ship type with electric propulsion,comprehensively analyzes the safety,environmental protection and economy of the ship after applying the electric propulsion system,and provides a feasible reference for the application of electric propulsion on the ferry. |
