The extensive construction of Marine engineering and offshore pollution aggravate the damage of Marine ecological environment day by day.Studies show that oyster has a large surface attachment rate below the mid-tide line and a large number of barnacles are attached to the surface of Marine concrete engineering in the upper part of the tidal range.The biofilm can effectively prevent environmental moisture,gas and ions from entering and leaving the concrete.The denser the cover,the more obvious the durability of the concrete will be improved.This paper puts forward the "ecological breakwater",on the one hand,it can play the role of breakwater,on the other hand it can repair the damaged Marine ecological environment,and is no longer due to the construction of concrete engineering damage to its ecological environment.At the same time,suitable inducer and dosage can promote the dense attachment of fixed organisms on concrete surface.Therefore,this paper carried out an experimental study on the fast and dense attachment of Marine sessile organisms by the type and content of inducer.The main research contents are as follows:According to the preferences of Marine sessile organisms for the attached substrate,the mix proportion of concrete is optimized,and 22 groups of mix proportion of concrete were designed.The results of test show that the basic properties of concrete were slightly improved when the content of un-blend inducerl or inducer2 was no more than 8%.Bi-blend inducerl and inducer2 has the same effect tendency on the behavior as unblend.Inducer3 obviously reduces the basic performance of concrete,but most of them still basically meet the design requirements of breakwater.The results of oyster attachment test in laboratory show that all three inducers promoted oyster attachment on concrete surface.The oyster attachment quantity and survival rate are the best when the larvae are high in abundance and the content of inducer1,inducer2 and inducer3 was 8%,8%,and 16%,respectively.Compound admixture inducer 1 and inducer 2 have positive and negative effects on oyster adhesion.Compared with basic group,the attachment quantity improve 568%when bi-blend of inducerrl and inducer2(inducer1 4%,inducer2 8%).When the larvae abundance is low and the content of inducer 3 is 16%,the attachment effect of oyster is the best.All the three inducers promoted barnacle to adhere to the concrete surface in the sea.With the increase of inducer content,the number of barnacle attach on concrete surface with un-blend inducerl;the number of barnacle attach on concrete surface increase first and then decrease with un-blend inducer3,or with bi-blend of inducerl and inducer2.There is no obvious change in the number of barnacle attachment with un-blend inducer 2.Bi-blend of inducerl and inducer2 has better attachment effect than un-blend.When the content of un-blend inducer3 was 8%,the attachment effect was the best.
