Intercity rail transit is a fast,high-volume public transportation.With the continuous expansion of the city scale and the rapid growth of the urban population,the inter-city rail transit has developed rapidly.At the same time,the power consumption of inter-city rail transit has become higher and higher,and it has become a major power consumer in the city.Under the background of Chinese government vigorous promotion and implementation of energy-saving,low-carbon and efficient operation modes,researching on the energy-saving and reducing energy consumption in the intercity rail transportation is not only in response to the national call for energy conservation,but also an urgent need to reduce operating costs and achieve sustainable development of intercity rail transportation enterprises.Energy-saving management of rail transit electromechanical engineering is a systematic project that runs through the entire process of project decision,design,construction,and operation.At present,due to the energy-saving management of rail transit is still in its start stage and the industry foundation of energy-saving is weak,there are no completely systematic energy-saving management countermeasures and Measures for the rail transit.At the same time,the rail transit industry involves many fields and specialties,especially in recent years,various new theories and technologies of energy-saving have been rapidly developed,so the existing energy-saving management measures and methods no longer meet the actual needs of the current rail transit energy-saving management yet.With our country’s increasing construction of intercity rail transit and the continuous improvement of energy-saving innovation requirements,it is urgent to carry out the research on energy-saving management of rail transit electromechanical projects.Energy saving management based on rail transportation mechanical and electrical engineering at home and abroad on the basis of analysis of the status quo of research,using modern project management and the theory of whole life cycle cost analysis method,mechanical and electrical engineering and energy saving of rail transit management status and existing problems are summarized and analyzed,the focus from management process optimization,improve management efficiency,energy saving effect evaluation,the organization safeguard measures,etc,the research puts forward the suitable for rail transportation mechanical and electrical engineering improvement of energy saving management measures,combining Hang Hai inter-city railway mechanical and electrical engineering,Hangzhou iron mechanical and electrical engineering and energy saving management is emphasized improvement countermeasures in project decision-making,design,construction,operations,etc.The implement process of whole life cycle,by the weighted method and expert evaluation method for energy saving effect evaluation,and summed up the design stage on the basis of extensive research to increase appraisal incentive mechanism,the construction phase when the claim standardized operations,strengthen the consciousness of innovation and energy saving,optimizing the equipment selection,operation stage system management and energy saving control improvement project of double measures such as management,at the same time from the organization and leadership,funding,technology support,incentive mechanism and so on the relevant guarantee measures are put forward,Thus,it provides effective management ideas and methods for energy conservation management of domestic rail transit mechanical and electrical engineering,and finally realizes the goal of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement and sustainable development of rail transit enterprises...
