| With the demographic dividend gradually disappear,traditional manufacturing such as automobile industry is facing severe labor shortages.It also makes more and more enterprises realize that career management plays an important role in retaining talents.Chinese scholar li-rong Long confirmed that the organizational career management have an impact on job involvement.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss how to manage organizational career from both theoretical and practical perspectives.In this study,the front-line supervisors of automobile manufacturing industry were taken as the research object,with organizational career management as the independent variable and job involvement as the dependent variable.At the same time,individuals will have different perceptions of career management in the same organization due to different achievement motivations.Therefore,achievement motivation is introduced as a moderating variable between career management and job involvement.First through the literature review,the theoretical and empirical research results both at home and abroad were summarized.Then I establish a research model and put forward the hypothesis.In my hypothesis,organizational career management was the independent variable,it can be divided into fair promotion,emphasis on training,vocational awareness and the provision of job information.Job involvement was the dependent variable while achievement motivation was the moderating variable.I have collected 1095 valid questionnaires and use SPSS software for data analysis.Through my research,these following results are found:First,organizational career management has a significant positive impact on job involvement,among which fair promotion,emphasis on training and vocational awareness have significant positive impact on job involvement.Secondly,achievement motivation has a positive regulating effect between career management and job involvement.Finally,according to the results of the study,this paper puts forward relevant management suggestions for the reference of enterprise management practice. |
