With the lack of resources and the increasingly severe global environmental climate problems,the rapid development of new energy vehicle industry,as the power source of new energy electric vehicle,the development of power battery is very important.At present,the key to hinder the development of power battery is the PACK technology of battery,the safety of heat dissipation and the fast charging technology of battery.In this paper,the pack technology of battery pack,the performance of battery pack and the application of fast charging technology based on battery pack are studied.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the national standard GB / T 31485-2015 and formula racing rules,the electrochemical performance of the single battery is tested,and the single battery with good electrochemical performance consistency is selected,so as to improve the capacity,life and safety of the battery pack.These better cells show that the battery voltage drops sharply with the increase of discharge rate,and the internal resistance suddenly increases at the beginning of charging and the end of discharging,which is due to the influence of ohmic internal resistance and polarization phenomenon.(2)On the basis of the original pack process,optimize the battery pack technology,so as to change the heat dissipation of the battery pack and ensure the safety of the battery pack.The maximum voltage and power of the power battery can reach 579.6V and 8k Wh respectively after the battery is connected in series.(3)Through the combination of finite element simulation and experiment,the heat dissipation of the battery pack and the battery box is obtained,and the static strength of the battery box is also obtained by the finite element software analysis.Ensure the safety of the battery box.Experimental test and simulation show that the maximum temperature of the power battery pack can reach 42 ℃ when the battery pack is discharged at 1C,and the temperature error is within 2 ℃.After the optimal design of the battery box,the structural strength and safety performance of the battery box are significantly enhanced.(4)As an energy storage unit,the power battery pack is applied to the FSEC formula racing car to test the road conditions,monitor the voltage,current and temperature of the battery cell,and then carry out the whole vehicle inspection;and it is applied to the integrated storage and charging system to control the charging and discharging conditions of the power battery pack through the input of the program code.According to the requirements of the race,the power matching of the car is carried out,and the analysis of the road conditions shows that it takes 20 minutes for the 8-word test of the ring,and80% of the electricity is consumed for the 3000 second running of the endurance test.The optimal design of the charging pile changes from the original 300 V to 500 V high voltage,which speeds up the charging capacity of the battery.The optimal design of the charging pile changes from the original 300 V to 500 V high voltage,which speeds up the charging capacity of the battery.
