Under the background of the continuous consumption of non-renewable energy, the exploration of alternative renewable and clean energy has become the only way for the development of energy.Fats and oils are an important type of renewable resources that can be converted into bio-based fuel oils with suitable carbon chain lengths by various methods.Catalytic cracking method is the main research direction for the preparation of bio-based fuel oil. This method converts oil and fats into hydrocarbons with more economic value through high temperature reaction under the action of catalyst. In this paper, calcium oxide is the main research object.Firstly,Firstly, explore the optimal process conditions for the preparation of bio-based fuel oil by catalytic cracking of Jatropha curcas oil with calcium oxide. Then, the molding problem was solved by calcium oxide supported aluminum nitrate, and optimize the catalytic cracking process conditions. Finally, the experimental study on the preparation of bio-based fuel oil by co-catalytic cracking of Jatropha curcas oil with calcium oxide and molecular sieve, the composition of liquid products was compared and the reaction process was explored. The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Experimental study on preparation of bio-based fuel oil from Jatropha Curcas Oil by catalytic cracking of calcium oxide.Investigate the effects of reaction temperature, catalyst particle size, mass space velocity, regenerative calcination temperature and number of uses on liquid yield and quality(the acid value and density of the product). The optimal process conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is 480℃,the catalyst particle size is 2-4mm,the mass space velocity is 2.8h-1.Under the optimal process conditions, the liquid product yield is 70.75%,the acid value is0.92mg KOH·g-1,and the density is 0.82g·cm-3,regeneration calcination temperature is 800℃,after calcium oxide is used for 4 times, the yield of liquid products decreased obviously.Calcium oxide is difficult to form after repeated use and calcination. The main components of liquid products are alkenes, alkanes and alcohols of C5-C15,which account for 87.85%of the total products and have good combustion performance.(2)Experimental study on preparation of bio-based fuel oil from Jatropha Curcas Oil by catalytic cracking of calcium oxide supported aluminum nitrate.Investigate the effects of Ca/Al molar ratio, reaction temperature, mass space velocity, and number of uses on liquid yield and quality(the acid value and density of the product). The optimal process conditions are as follows:the Ca/Al molar ratio is 5,the reaction temperature is 480℃,the mass space velocity is 3.6h-1.Under the optimal process conditions, the liquid product yield is 75.31%,the acid value is 4.62mg KOH·g-1,and the density is 0.84g·cm-3,after calcium oxide supported aluminum nitrate is used for6 times, the acid value is greater than that of Jatropha oil.According to the product characterization analysis, calcium oxide supported aluminum nitrate still has the alkalinity of calcium oxide, added calcium hydroxide and calcium aluminate,it affects the structure. The main components of liquid products are alkenes and alkanes of C6-C15,which account for 80.63%of the total products and have good combustion performance.(3)Preparation of Bio-based Fuel Oil from Jatropha curcas Oil by CaO(first)-ZSM-5(last)Co-catalytic Cracking. The optimal process conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is 460℃,the mass space velocity is 4.8h-1,the mass ratio of calcium oxide to molecular sieve is 3:1.under the optimal process conditions, the liquid product yield is 45.06%.Preparation of Bio-based Fuel Oil from Jatropha curcas Oil by ZSM-5(first)-CaO(last)Co-catalytic Cracking. The optimal process conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is 460℃,the mass space velocity is 3.8h-1,the mass ratio of calcium oxide to molecular sieve is 3:1.under the optimal process conditions, the liquid product yield is 64.28%.Preparation of Bio-based Fuel Oil from Jatropha curcas Oil by CaO(first)-MCM-22(last)Co-catalytic Cracking. The optimal process conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is 480℃,the mass space velocity is 3.6h-1,the mass ratio of calcium oxide to molecular sieve is 3:1.under the optimal process conditions, the liquid product yield is 38.54%.Preparation of Bio-based Fuel Oil from Jatropha curcas Oil by MCM-22(first)-CaO(last)Co-catalytic Cracking. The optimal process conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is480℃,the mass space velocity is 3.6h-1,the mass ratio of calcium oxide to molecular sieve is 3:1.under the optimal process conditions, the liquid product yield is 64.5%.In the reaction of preparing bio-based fuel oil from Jatropha curcas oil by acid-base co-catalytic cracking, the reaction process of Jatropha curcas oil will be changed by the placing order of calcium oxide and molecular sieve in the quartz cracking tube.
