With the rapid development of the economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,traditional manufacturing advantages no longer exist.The cost of raw materials and labor has risen sharply,and profit margins have been gradually squeezed.This is the primary issue for small companies that occupy most of China’s lands.The reality is that most small manufacturing companies are generally at a relatively low level of production and management,which is mainly manifested by insufficient technology accumulation,low production efficiency,and unstable product quality,which leads to high production costs.Enterprises Weak profitability.Therefore,enterprises urgently need to introduce scientific and advanced production management methods to optimize the production process and increase competitiveness.Company H is a typical small manufacturing company,focusing on meter production for more than two decades.But in recent years,the homogeneity of products and vicious competition have made the company’s development into an awkward situation.In addition,with the market segmentation,the types and specifications of products are more and more,and the characteristics of multiple varieties and small batches are becoming more and more obvious.This production method has proposed higher on-time delivery rates and flexible production capacity of enterprise products Requirements,if the original traditional batch production process is not improved and advanced production management concepts are introduced,it will be difficult for enterprises to achieve breakthroughs in production and meet the needs of customers and the market.This article takes the production process of H company as the research object and combines my own practice to understand the current status of the company’s production operations and existing problems.By reading a lot of relevant literature and materials,around the problems existing in the production process of H company,using VSM value flow chart analysis to identify non-value-added activities and waste in the company’s production process,and using fishbone diagram analysis to diagnose the production cycle of the company The key reason for long and low production efficiency is to optimize lean production as a theoretical tool and optimize the production process as the main purpose,and optimize from the three aspects of promoting full-scale 5S activities,creating a small batch continuous flow production process,and quality control.Adopt "PDCA" method for continuous improvement and perfection,so as to achieve the purpose of shortening the production cycle,improving the production environment,and improving product quality.The focus of this study is to optimize the production process of small manufacturing enterprises.The main innovation is to combine traditional lean thinking with the characteristics of company H,which proves that lean thinking can be effectively applied to the optimization of the company’s production process to eliminate waste and shorten Product production cycle,the effect of improving product quality.On the one hand,this optimization process has laid a solid foundation for the informatization work of the company,and on the other hand,it also hopes to provide some reference and reference for the same type of multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing enterprises.
