Research On Project Preliminary Planning Of Road Reconstruction

With the rapid development of Chinese economy and urbanization,the urban road system is constantly updated and road reconstruction projects are increasing.Therefore,how to carry out urban road reconstruction rationally and scientifically has become an important issue in urban development.In order to carry out road reconstruction better,it is not only necessary to control and manage in the design and construction process,but also necessary to carry out reasonable and forward-looking planning in the early stage,so as to make the overall positioning of the project more accurate,the construction more economical and reasonable,and the public benefit maximization.In this paper,methods like field investigation,case analysis and comparative research were used to carry out the research on project preliminary planning of road reconstruction.Based on the analysis of the overseas and domestic research status of road reconstruction and the developments and applications of some new concepts such as ‘sponge city’,‘urban utility tunnel’,various influencing factors of road reconstruction are analyzed with the theories of preliminary planning and traffic analysis in order to research the existing problems about preliminary planning of road renovation in China.Based on the quantitative analysis of traffic,the investigation of the current situation and the application of new ideas,the research method of the preliminary planning of road reconstruction project were put forward.According to the characteristics of road reconstruction,the optimization and application of traffic prediction model in road reconstruction are studied by examples.The attention to the hidden engineering in road reconstruction were emphasized,and the application of fine concept in the early planning of road reconstruction were studied.combined with examples,the application of sponge city and the concept of integrated pipe corridor in road reconstruction were studied,and its applicability were analyzed through program selection.The feasibility and rationality of the scheme were verified by road reconstruction engineering assessment.In this paper,the research results indicate that,in the road reconstruction project preliminary planning,it needs reasonable and scientific traffic analysis to take full consideration of the details in order to meet the renovation project features.The prospective plan and reasonable decisions should combine with the new concepts and the local conditions.So as to provide theoretical support and implementation basis for project transformation.
