Due to the poor performance of traditional flat solar collectors,the popularization and application of flat solar collectors are restricted to a certain extent.The new type of corrugated plate solar collector adopts corrugated heat absorption plate,and its heat collection performance is better than that of plane heat absorption plate.In order to study and analyze the difference of thermal characteristics between corrugated plate and flat plate solar collector,this project adopts the method of experiment and numerical simulation to study the heat collection performance of two kinds of collectors under different installation angles(60 ° inclined installation,90 ° vertical installation)and different working conditions(summer and winter working conditions),and analyzes the different installation angles and operation conditions to two kinds of heat collection At the same time,the influence of the key operating parameters of the corrugated plate solar collector on the collector performance is analyzed by simulation.Based on the principle of heat and mass transfer,this paper theoretically expounds the mechanism of photothermal conversion of the corrugated plate solar collector,analyzes its heat loss coefficient by using the heat network diagram,and gives the calculation method of the heat collection efficiency of the corrugated plate solar collector.The test platform of corrugated plate solar collector and flat plate solar collector is built,and the test data of two kinds of collectors are obtained.The difference and influence of the thermal performance of corrugated plate solar collector and flat plate solar collector under different installation angles and different working conditions are studied by comparing the temperature of each measuring point.The test results show that the heat collection performance of corrugated plate collector is better than that of flat plate collector under the same installation angle in the two test conditions,and the heat collection efficiency of the two collectors is higher than that of vertical installation when they are installed at 60 °inclination;under the same installation angle,the heat collection efficiency of the two collectors in winter is higher than that in summer,which shows that the solar height angle has one effect on the heat collection efficiency of the collector Fixed influenceIn order to study the collector performance of the two collectors in theory,The fluent simulation calculation models of two kinds of solar collectors are established.Under the same boundary conditions as the test,the simulation data of the two kinds of solar collectors are obtained.The consistency between the simulation value and the measured value is compared and analyzed under different installation angles and different operation conditions.The simulation results show that the simulation calculation model has high simulation accuracy.The simulation model is used to further study the influence of key input parameters(direct solar radiation,mass flow of heat transfer medium and inlet temperature of heat transfer medium)on the heat collection performance of corrugated plate collector,which provides valuable theoretical basis for the popularization and further improvement of the design of corrugated plate collector.
