The environment of traditional brake disc measurement is the laboratory or the test bench.The brake disc itself is static in the measurement process.With the improvement of the production level,in the process of automatic production of brake disc,using dynamic balancing machine to measure the natural frequency and tolerance under the dynamic production line environment when the brake disc milling is completed has become an urgent industrial production demand.In addition,the traditional brake disc tolerance measurement,dynamic balance milling and natural frequency measurement are three independent devices.So the efficiency of measurement is not high.In this paper,the measurement of the natural frequency of the brake disc,the tolerance measurement,and the development of the software of brake disc measurement system are studied in depth.And a comprehensive measurement system is designed which can automatically measure the natural frequency and tolerance of the brake disc in the dynamic production line environment.Through the verification of industrial production practice,on the one hand,the system improves the accuracy of natural frequency measurement and tolerance measurement in dynamic pipeline environment.On the other hand,it realizes the integration,automation and intelligence of natural frequency measurement and tolerance measurement.First of all,through the theoretical analysis of the natural frequency of the disc structure,ignoring the fine structure of the brake disc,the rough calculation results of the natural frequency of the brake disc are obtained.Then the finite element method is used for modal analysis to calculate the first ten modes of the brake disc assembly.After that,the model is further used to simulate the response of the brake disc under six working conditions and under two different loads on three different parts of the brake disc.The optimal excitation mode,the best exciting position and the best response signal collection position of the brake disc natural frequency measurement system are determined.Afterthe actual test and comparative analysis,the accuracy of the natural frequency measurement system designed in this paper is higher than that of the traditional method.Secondly,through in-depth analysis of several kinds of measurement parameters of brake disc,the inductive sensor is determined to be the best in the field of brake disc tolerance measurement.On this basis,the sensor distribution scheme is designed.In order to ensure the accuracy and stability,this paper designs the anti-seismic device,and then develops a set of measurement system which can be applied to automatic measurement of brake disc.In addition,a batch of brake discs were measured by the system,and the results were compared with those of CMM with high accuracy,which verified the reliability of the tolerance measurement system designed in this paper.Finally,using the advantages of Lab Windows/CVI in industrial software development,this paper integrates the designed natural frequency measurement system,tolerance measurement system and data management system into one software by using multithreading technology.The integration of natural frequency measurement and tolerance measurement is realized.A good data management system is designed,which can realize the concurrent control of measurement data,improve the efficiency of data management effectively,and avoid the problems of data conflict and data lock.
