| Under the background of energy saving and environmental protection,new energy vehicles have entered people’s vision and life.As one of the emerging strategic industries in China,combining the advantages of large population and large consumption,new energy vehicles are the general trend of the future development of the automotive industry.However,China’s new energy vehicle industry is still in the development stage.From the domestic perspective,not only many domestic auto companies are involved in the production of new energy vehicles,but also many new companies have been attracted to the market.In addition,foreign well-known car manufacturers also want to take a share.It can be said that fierce competition is on show in this industry.Meanwhile,the industry of traditional fuel vehicles is transiting to new energy vehicles.The series of processes such as R&D,production and sales,as well as the internal management associated with them,will be different from the previous ones,and correspondingly need higher requirements.Then,in this emerging industry,enterprises want to stand out from the competition,they must not only be ahead of their competitors in production technology,but also use scientific and reasonable performance management methods,design a comprehensive and scientific performance evaluation system that is compatible with the business development.So that they can optimize the business process,improve the internal management level,and achieve their strategic goals.The Balanced Scorecard can exactly meet the needs of the enterprise.It integrates the company’s strategy into performance management,and comprehensively assesses the performance of the company from four dimensions,which include finance,customer,internal process,and learning and growth.These promote the progress of corporate management.This thesis takes BAIC Blue Park Company,the leader in the field of new energy vehicles,as the research object.We use the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,which include financial,customer,internal process,and learning and growth dimensions.And according to the characteristics of the new energy automobile industry,we add a new dimension named social responsibility.We use these five dimensions to build an evaluation system,and use AHP to comprehensively evaluate the five dimensions and total performance of the company.The evaluation results show that the overall performance of BAIC Blue Park Company in 2018 is medium,and the customer dimension and social responsibility dimension are more prominent.Therefore,for BAIC Blue Park Company,it is recommended that the company implement indicators to all departments and personnel,pay attention to product quality assessment,focus on employee growth and employee participation,center on social responsibility dimension indicators,and actively learn from performance management benchmarking enterprises. |
