| During the operation of the railway bridge,the structural damage is increased and the bearing capacity is gradually lost,due to the load of the trains and the aging of materials.Compared with general highway bridges,the high-speed railway bridges have more stringent structural requirements.And the maintenance time and maintenance process are strictly restricted since the railway operates almost 24/7.Therefore,this paper took a high-speed railway cable-stayed bridge as the monitoring object,and developed a railway bridge health monitoring and safety assessment system(RBHMSAS)based on Java and MATLAB.The analysis methods such as online wind field analysis,fatigue analysis,bridge dynamic and static response statistical analysis,safety assessment and other functions are completed in the RBHMSAS.First,based on the theory of wind field characteristic parameter calculation and analysis,the RBHMSAS implemented lots of Java algorithm programs for real-time calculation of average wind and pulsating wind analysis,turbulence,turbulence integration scale,gust coefficient,pulsating wind power spectrum and other wind field analysis.Therefore,the sample data of wind speed and direction from the monitoring system are analyzed,and the characteristic parameters of each wind field are calculated.Secondly,based on the fatigue analysis theory,the RBHMSAS developed MATLAB algorithm programs such as rain flow counting method,S-N curve analysis,Goodman straight line calculation and Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage theory.And a sample fatigue analysis is performed on the measured strain data of the RBHMSAS.Thirdly,this paper proposed a method of high-speed train speed identification based on time series analysis and fuzzy clustering.The method extracts bridge response data to establish a fuzzy clustering model of characteristic parameters to identify the high-speed train speed.Fourth,based on the comprehensive assessment theory of bridge safety and railway bridge codes,this paper established a comprehensive assessment model of bridge safety.And the RBHMSAS implemented it online.Fifth,the RBHMSAS online visualization platform is built on the Spring MVC framework.And the online visualization platform includes four functional modules,such as comprehensive data display module,data analysis module,safety assessment module,and structural warning module.In addition,the aforementioned data analysis method and Java and MATLAB algorithm programs are also realized in the RBHMSAS. |
