| Interior engineering is an important part of architectural engineering,due to the limited space,Interior projects usually face problems such as overlapping working faces and chaotic connection of construction operations due to their limited space,which may lead to delays in project progress,cost overruns,and increased project risk.Therefore,the industry generally recognizes that it is of great practical significance to carry out construction schedule management for interior projects.Real-time and accurate construction progress information collection is a key step to ensure the achievement of Interior project progress goals.However,most of the Interior projects currently use construction progress progress information collection methods,which are mainly manual inspection and manual entry of progress information.This method is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive,but the results are mostly presented in text form,and the efficiency of data processing and analysis is low,which is difficult to meet the data accuracy,timeliness and accuracy requirements of the construction progress tracking of modern interior engineering projects.Taking the improvement of on-site data collection technology automation level as the starting point,this thesis proposes a construction progress monitoring method based on three-dimensional point cloud,so that construction project managers can timely understand the on-site progress and facilitate decision-making.The method proposed in this thesis includes the reconstruction of the three-dimensional point cloud model,the integration of the three-dimensional point cloud model and the BIM model.Firstly,Use the depth camera-based 3D modeling method to create a real-time point cloud model in the field,reduce manual participation in the information collection process,and provide real-time and accurate field data;Then integrate the 3D point cloud model and the BIM model,effectively connect the BIM model and the construction site of the construction project,support the visual display of the on-site progress,and help the management personnel discover the progress deviation in time.Finally,Experimented in an interior scene.The experimental results show that this method can effectively achieve realtime interior construction progress tracking.The 3D point cloud-based progress monitoring in interior construction site reduces manual participation,reduces the error of data collection,improves the efficiency of data collection and the efficiency of construction site management,lays the foundation for the automatic tracking of interior project progress,and at the same time provides information for construction progress information.Provide solutions to management and sharing issues. |
