Energy sharing of the photovoltaic building group achieves a win-win result for every building in the group,and provides new ideas and solutions for the further promotion and development of photovoltaic buildings.However,a reasonable and efficient sharing transaction mechanism is necessary for the smooth realization of energy sharing,and how to determine the transaction price is the core of the design of the energy sharing transaction mechanism.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to designing the pricing method of the energy sharing transaction.Based on Nash negotiation model,two types of energy sharing transaction pricing methods are proposed at first,which are single-step Nash negotiation pricing model and step-by-step Nash negotiation pricing model.In the single-step Nash negotiation pricing model,each photovoltaic building participates in the Nash negotiation as a transaction party at the same time,and directly derives the transaction volume and transaction price based on the Nash product.In the step-by-step Nash negotiation pricing model,two pricing models are established by determining the negotiation order of each photovoltaic building.They are the Nash negotiation pricing model with a small quantity as a whole and the Nash negotiation pricing model with a large quantity as a whole.The models are compared by examples.And then based on the classic Shapley value transaction pricing model,the thesis improves the classic Shapley value to design a new method.As members of the feasible alliance generally distribute dividends according to the status of buyers and sellers,the thesis introduces transaction weights to modify the classic Shapley value,and then determines the transaction volume and transaction price of each building.In this way the Shapley value transaction pricing method with transaction weights is obtained.In addition,the thesis also studies the real-time optimization of the controllable loads of the photovoltaic buildings and the error compensation and settlement of the actual transaction.It uses realtime photovoltaic power generation and uncontrollable loads data to re-optimize the demand for energy consumption of controllable loads,and compensates and clears the error between the actual transaction and the preset transaction.The transaction pricing method proposed in the thesis is helpful for the implementation of energy sharing transactions of photovoltaic building groups.The transaction results achieved by each method not only improve the utility of each building in the group,but also realize the overall Pareto improvement and Nash equilibrium.At the same time,the transaction pricing methods designed by the thesis provide a variety of alternative pricing methods for energy sharing transactions in different situations.
