Research On Spatial Renewal Design Of Streets And Lanes In Bayu Traditional Villages From Regional Culture Perspective

At present,with the rapid development of China’s urbanization and modernization,the traditional villages bearing precious regional characteristics and historical culture are facing severe challenges of cultural convergence and cultural rupture.As the material space of the traditional villages,the street space has gradually lost its original historical features and space vitality.Because of its complex natural geographical environment,the street space of traditional villages in Bayu has formed distinct regional characteristics and profound cultural connotation.Therefore,how to protect the regional characteristics of traditional villages and continue their regional context,to meet the needs of the modern life of the village residents in the street space,has become an urgent problem to be solved in front of us.Aiming at the phenomenon of regional characteristic loss of traditional villages in Ba Yu under the background of urbanization and modernization,this study takes street space,an important material space of traditional villages in Ba Yu,as the research object,takes regional culture as the perspective and starting point,deeply explores critical regionalism theory,dialectically views the relationship between regionalism and modernization,and excavates the traditional village street in Ba Yu Based on the continuity of regional culture and the practical demands of villagers,this paper puts forward the feasible renewal design strategy,and carries out the design practice verification,so as to promote the modern development of the traditional village regional culture in Bayu.This paper is divided into six parts:In the first chapter,the research background,purpose and significance are explained,the research methods and content framework are combed,and the research status at home and abroad is analyzed.The second chapter defines the concept of street space and regional culture of traditional villages in Bayu,systematically expounds the critical regionalism theory,combs its theoretical core ideas,establishes the relationship between the theory and street renewal,expounds the feasibility and necessity of the involvement of critical regionalism in the renewal design,and summarizes the methods of applying the theory to the renewal design.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the spatial design elements and regional characteristics of the streets and lanes of traditional villages in Bayu,the existing problems and reasons of the research object,and points out the direction for the following strategies.In the fourth chapter,based on the analysis of the design elements and current problems,combined with the relevant theories,the paper puts forward the design principles and Strategies of street space renewal in traditional villages of Chin Yu from the perspective of regional culture.The fifth chapter,the empirical research part,under the guidance of theory and strategy,take Chongqing Dazu Yufeng village and Chongqing Wushan Longxi village as the practical research object,update the design for the actual problems,verify the research results.The last chapter summarizes the research,reports the research results and reflects on the shortcomings.
