More Electric Aircraft(MEA)uses electricity as the main secondary energy source of aircraft,gradually or completely replacing the hydraulic energy and gas energy in traditional aircraft systems,improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy and reducing its impact on the environment.The core of the aircraft’s multi-electric technology is the multi-electric equipment and start-up generator technology,and the electrical system is the main component of the multi-electric aircraft,which is mainly composed of power supply,power distribution and electrical equipment.The rational design of the electrical system plays a vital role in the safe flight of the aircraft.According to the requirements of civil airworthiness regulations and aircraft design manual,the requirements of power supply,power distribution and power consumption of a certain type of light composite aircraft(hereinafter referred to as "light aircraft")for airborne equipment,such as high power quality requirements,different power distribution modes,different power consumption priorities and electromagnetic compatibility between aircraft equipment and various system components,are met The electrical system,as well as the scheme to improve the anti-interference ability of the aircraft are designed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the purpose and type of the aircraft,the airborne equipment that the aircraft must have is determined;based on the requirements of the Chinese Civil Airworthiness Regulations Part 23(hereinafter referred to as "CCAR-23-R3")for aircraft airborne equipment,each system equipment The category analysis and electrical load statistical work were carried out,and the key to the airborne equipment was determined.(2)In response to the Civil Aircraft Airworthiness Certification Department’s requirement for civil aircraft to obtain a Type Certificate(TC),the aircraft power supply capacity was analyzed,and the aircraft’s main power supply was determined,followed by the characteristics of the aircraft skin as a composite material.Different power supply and distribution networks were studied.The schematic design was completed for a power supply system with a 28 V low-voltage DC power supply as the main power supply,a multi-device two-wire power supply system,a small number of single-wire power distribution systems,and an aircraft lighting system.(3)In order to avoid the electromagnetic interference of aircraft electrical cables,the aircraft wiring should be kept at a sufficient distance,discharge brushes and cable shielding materials to reduce the electromagnetic interference of the aircraft cabin and the cabin electromagnetic waves on sensitive equipment.
