Compared with traditional parallel gear pairs,planetary gear trains have the advantages of compact structure,stronger carrying capacity,and large transmission ratio.They are widely used in heavy-duty occasions such as aviation,aerospace,wind power,and ships;but with the development of the times,transmission The system is developing towards high speed,heavy load,and light weight.The traditional planetary gear system can no longer meet the development needs,and the herringbone planetary gear system came into being.However,due to the increase of the gear meshing pair,the herringbone planetary gear system has a more complicated structure,more internal excitations,and more difficult to study the dynamic characteristics.In the herringbone planetary gear system,due to gear manufacturing errors,installation errors,and elastic deformation of parts,the gears cannot be meshed in an ideal state,meshing shocks occur,and the input load cannot be evenly distributed between the planet wheels,resulting in the entire The load-bearing capacity of the planetary gear system is reduced;in severe cases,it will cause gear overload or even failure.This paper takes the GTF herringbone star gear system as the research object,and establishes the dynamic model of the system based on the finite element method,considering the influence of the shaft system flexibility and error on the load-bearing characteristics of the herringbone star gear system,and The vibration characteristics,dynamic meshing force,load-sharing performance under different supporting stiffness,and the left-right meshing force under eccentric load are studied.The details are as follows:1)In this paper,the node finite element method is used,using the space beam element theory,the herringbone teeth and the pin shaft are equivalent to the shaft unit of the same size,taking into account the impact of gear installation errors,manufacturing errors,and shaft segment flexibility on the dynamic characteristics of the system,and then The gear meshing relationship and bearing support relationship are coupled through the corresponding nodes of the shaft segment,and the bending-torsion-shaft dynamic model of the herringbone star gear train considering the flexibility of the shaft segment is established.It lays the foundation for further analysis of the dynamic meshing force and load-sharing performance of the herringbone star-shaped gear train.2)Based on the overall dynamic model,the vibration displacement,dynamic meshing force,load sharing coefficient,etc.of each gear under rated working conditions are obtained;the floating amount of different members is simulated with the support stiffness.By changing the sun gear,Support stiffness of planetary gears and planetary carriers,study the effect of different components floating on the load-bearing performance of the herringbone star gear system,and get the best combination method;apply downward eccentric load to the input end to study the existence of eccentric load Next,the meshing force of the left and right side gears of the herringbone star gear train and the corresponding load sharing coefficient.3)Based on the ABAQUS finite element software,the stress conditions of a pair of left and right side gears with different pin bearings are studied,and a better pin support method is obtained;a finite element model of the overall herringbone star wheel system is established and compared Different pin shafts support the stress conditions of the gears under partial load,and extract the meshing force to obtain the load sharing coefficient of the left and right planetary gear trains.4)Based on the conclusions drawn in Chapters 3 and 4,the scheme design of the GTF gear transmission system for sun gear floating,planetary gear floating,and planetary gear floating was formulated,and the strength check and corresponding optimization of important parts were carried out.
