With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the conventional public transport system has gradually failed to meet people’s travel needs,and urban rail transit has developed rapidly in major cities due to its large volume and low energy consumption.However,as the construction of urban rail transit continues to expand,its power consumption is still a non-negligible part of the total urban power consumption.Therefore,it is significant to do research on the energy-saving optimization of urban rail transit operation schemes.Based on various factors such as the performance parameters,line conditions,and operation strategies of urban rail transit trains,this paper establishes a train energy model,optimizes it with the Firefly algorithm,and uses MATLAB software for simulation to obtain the lowest energy operation plan.The thesis mainly researches gradually from three steps:(1)The first step is to optimize the operation between single trains and single stations.Single train optimization is mainly carried out from the perspective of driving strategy.There are four stages of "traction,cruise,inertia,braking" when the train is running.The firefly algorithm is used to find the running time of each stage when the energy consumption is the lowest and determine the optimal driving strategy;(2)The next step is to extend the single train and single station to single train and multiple stations,consider the stop time and total operating time of the train at each station,and establish a single train and multiple station with the minimum energy consumption between the stations as the optimization goal.At this stage,we found the energy consumption model,reallocate the time that trains run between stations,get the optimal driving strategy,and calculate the total energy consumption;(3)Considering the regenerative braking energy,the final step is to establish a multi-train and multi-station energy-saving optimization model with the goal of minimizing the total energy consumption of the entire line.The firefly algorithm was used to optimize the train schedule,including departure interval,running time,stop time,etc.,and finally got the train schedule scheme that maximized the use of regenerative braking energy,and calculated the total energy consumption of multiple trains and stations.Finally,the actual train operating parameters and line data of Nanchang Metro Line 1 were selected,and the above methods were used to verify the simulation with MATLAB simulation software.The results show that the single train runs between “Zhujiang Road Station and Lushan South Avenue Station”,and the energy consumption after optimization is reduced by 19.49%;after a single train runs across 24 stations,the energy consumption after optimization is reduced by 12.14%;After the optimization,the total energy consumption was reduced by 13.01%.The results show that the methods proposed in this paper have achieved better optimization results.
