Safety development has become an important strategy for China’s economic and social development,but the safety production situation of construction industry is still severe.As an important type of construction safety accidents,lifting injury accidents occur from time to time.Among the accident objects,construction hoists as the vertical transportation equipment with the largest gathering people.Once a construction hoist accident occurs,it is very easy to cause serious consequences.Therefore,the systematic study of the prevention and control of construction hoist accidents is of great significance to improve the safety of construction production.In the accidents of construction hoists,cage falling is the frequent form,which often causes serious harm to workers’ life safety and the project property safety.Therefore,this thesis takes the construction hoists as the object to study the accident cause and risk prevention of cage falling.Firstly,this thesis compares several common accident models,and determines 2-4 model as the foundation of accident cause analysis framework.Based on the literature review method,the cause factors of each plate in the framework are subdivided,and the cause analysis framework of construction hoist cage falling accident based on the 2-4 model is established,and the application of Hengshui "4.25" construction hoist cage falling accident is analyzed to verify the feasibility of the accident analysis framework.On this basis,38 reports of construction hoist cage falling accidents are selected,and accident cause analysis and frequency statistics of them are carried out according to the cage falling accident analysis framework.Through questionnaire survey,34 basic factors of the analysis framework are optimized to 29 indicators,and the risk evaluation index system of cage falling is established,including unsafe action,unsafe state,personal characteristic,safety management system,safety culture and external factor.Then,this thesis uses the entropy weight method to determine the index weight and establishes the risk assessment cloud model.Finally,a project example is selected for site inspection,and the risk assessment cloud model is established by MATLAB to get its risk level,which verifies the feasibility of the index system and the assessment cloud model.And,risk prevention and control measures are proposed.
