| Thirty years after the founding of New China is a special historical period in China,,which has a great influence on the development of politics and economy.As a residence built during this period,its spatial morphology reflects China’s highly organized and collectivized design ideas.Whether it is to sort out the development of China’s collective form,or to study the spatial morphology of China’s collective housing,or to explore the living forms of the residents in the residence during this period,the houses constructed during China’s collectivization period have strong research value.This article selects the residence constructed during 30 years after the founding of New China as the research object.Based on the historical background,it analyzes the generation of collectives and the types of collective residence in China.Case studies,literature surveys,and urban morphology and architectural typology research methods were used to analyze the spatial morphology of collective housing from the settlement level and the building level,respectively.At the settlement level,the overall pattern,living area and residential clusters are analyzed to summarize the characteristics of their spatial layout;at the architectural level,for different types of collective housing,the residential forms and space types are summarized and analyzed,and the construction mode is summarized.Then,we will further explore how collective housing organizes and manages residents to make their daily life collectivized,and the factors that influence the development of the spatial form of collective housing.By combing and analyzing the spatial form of collective residence and the organization of internal collective life,it can be found that the design of collective residence space has the ability to influence the lifestyle of residents,organize and manage internal residents.Collective residence fosters the collective lifestyle of individuals,forcing them to continue to collectivize and industrialize.At the same time,the research of collective residence can provide some inspiration for the current community construction and housing design. |
