Analysis And Optimization Of Spatial Reconstruction Of Ecological Immigrant Small Towns

Driven by the dual policies of ecological migration and poverty alleviation and relocation in different places,the development of small towns with ecological migration is in the ascendant.Space is the material carrier of life,production and ecology.It is also the projection of policies and socio-economic factors on the land.The paper focuses on ecological immigrant small towns,systematically analyzes the reconstruction of "Three lspaces",and tries to provide optimization suggestions for promoting the development of urban-rural integration and the healthy development of immigrant small towns.Taking Zhihedu Town and Dajiuhu Town as examples,this paper attempts to analyze the characteristics,effects and mechanisms of the spatial reconstruction of ecological immigrant small towns,and puts forward the strategy of continuous optimization of spatial reconstruction.The discussion part of this thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is the analysis of spatial reconstruction process characteristics.The research shows that the "three spaces" in small towns are undergoing drastic spatial reconstruction driven by ecological migration.The spatial structure characteristics of the case towns are analyzed as follows: the intensification of urban construction activities,the outward expansion of the built-up areas and the transformation of the spatial structure,giving birth to a multi-center structure.This paper summarizes the spatial evolution characteristics of the case towns in living space,production space and ecological space,and summarizes the mutual transformation,spatial distribution and functional reorganization of their "three spaces".The second part is the study of spatial reconstruction effect.Summarized and refined the triple effects of space reconstruction on immigrant small towns,namely economic effect,social effect and ecological effect.It is considered that the structure,nature and development strategy of industry have a significant promotion effect on the regional economy.The positive effects of society are mainly reflected in the continuous improvement of urbanrural integration,and the division of society in the society.The negative effects are mainly reflected in the difficulty of employment for immigration,the disappearance of cultural characteristic space,the "number-only theory" of the political achievements of cities and towns.They believe that in terms of ecological effects,the regional ecological environment is repaired,external ecological hazards are avoided,and internal ecological spaces are systematic and hierarchical.The third part is about the dynamic factors of spatial reconstruction.This paper analyzes the dynamic factors of the spatial reconstruction of ecological immigrant small towns,including policy factors,urbanization factors,industrial factors and ecological factors.Empirical studies show that policy factors play a decisive role,and the top-down construction of small immigrant towns with the government as the dominant mode is the main driving force behind the spatial reconstruction,which directly affects the development intensity and spatial layout of the space.The population increase plays a driving role,directly expanding the space scale of small towns and thus affecting the types and scale of land used for space reconstruction.Industrial economy plays a promoting role.Industrial transformation affects the functional transformation of small towns,thus affecting the spatial reconstruction of land distribution and the proportion of land types.The restriction and guidance of ecological conditions and the restriction of ecological environment make the development trend of ecological immigrant small towns change significantly,thus affecting the temporal sequence of spatial reconstruction.The fourth part is the optimization suggestions of spatial reconstruction.Summarized and refined the three goals and coping strategies of the spatial reconstruction and optimization of ecological immigrant small towns.The three goals of spatial reconstruction and optimization of ecological immigrant small towns are: immigration employment,spatial cultural characteristics and corresponding policy compensation.The optimization strategy of spatial reconstruction is expounded in three aspects: the perspective of industry type guidance,spatial element optimization,and policy governance guarantee.This thesis analyzed the characteristics,effects and mechanisms of the spatial reconstruction of immigrant small towns in the context of ecological migration,and provided a theoretical basis for the development of targeted guidance strategies for the optimization of the spatial reconstruction of immigrant small towns.It has important reference significance for the planning practice of the immigrant small towns in the future.
