The Impact Of Contract Governance And Relationship Governance On BIM Technology Application

As a revolutionary technological change in the construction industry,BIM can effectively improve the performance level of construction projects,but the problem of low level of BIM Technology Application still exists.According to the theory of technology and system interaction,construction project governance can maintain the cooperation order between participants,coordinate the relationship between participants,effectively solve the obstacles in the application process of BIM Technology,and promote the application of BIM Technology through formal and informal systems or mechanisms.However,the project management mechanism in construction projects,including contractual governance and relational governance,has a specific impact on BIM Technology Application and the impact mechanism is still a blank in BIM Technology application field.Therefore,this paper takes the construction project of BIM Technology Application as the research object,based on the research of contract governance,relationship governance and BIM Technology Application,studies the impact of contract governance and relationship governance on BIM Technology Application.This paper reviews the relevant theoretical literature,expounds the concepts of BIM Technology,contractual governance,relational governance and project performance,and on the basis of the theory of system technology interaction and transaction cost theory,obtains the theoretical analysis framework of the paper;based on the theoretical analysis framework,contractual governance,relational governance,BIM Technology application and project performance are analyzed;Through literature analysis,the index system of this paper is constructed,and the data of this paper are collected through questionnaire design,distribution and recovery,and the data analysis method and structural equation model are introduced;The partial least square structural equation model is used to classify the reliability and validity of the data,and according to the results of empirical research,the paper puts forward suggestions for improving the application level of BIM Technology in China’s construction industry.The results show that contractual governance and relational governance mechanism have a positive impact on the application of BIM Technology,and ultimately improve the performance level of construction projects.This paper studies how to improve the application level of BIM Technology from the perspective of contractual governance and relational governance mechanism,and discusses the relationship between contractual governance and relational governance in the process of BIM Technology Application,which makes some supplement for related research.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the application of BIM Technology in construction projects in China,which is of great significance to the modernization of the construction industry.
