Wireless power transmission(WPT)technology uses magnetic field,electric field and microwave as transmission medium to realize wireless power transmission,also known as contactless power transmission technology.As a safe,flexible and convenient power transmission and power supply technology,it can be widely used in electric vehicles(electric vehicles,subway,high-speed rail,etc.),household appliances and electronic consumer tools(mobile phones,tablet computers,electric razors,etc.),mobile robots and many mobile production institutions(mobile factory hoisting equipment,transport equipment,etc.),particularly suitable for electrical equipment in underwater,coal mine and other environments.As a power supply technology,its stability and reliability become an important index to measure whether a WPT system can be applied to the actual equipment.However,the fault diagnosis of WPT system is very difficult because it contains many different attributes and characteristics,such as power conversion and control,electromagnetic coupling mechanism,output conversion and control,operation control system and so on.At present,the system has not developed mature and perfect fault diagnosis technology.The power electronic devices constitute the main body of the wireless power transmission system,and the system fault diagnosis technology can be developed from the existing and mature power electronic fault diagnosis principle.The WPT system fault diagnosis can also be explored and studied from the three aspects:fault test,fault feature extraction and fault identification.Aiming at the WPT system(M-WPT)based on the principle of magnetic field coupling,this paper mainly studies the fault diagnosis technology of this system,and proposes the fault diagnosis technology of WPT based on SVM.The fault state table of LCC-S WPT system is established.The tolerance of system components is determined and the occurrence of fault is strictly defined on this basis.The simulation software PSpice is used to simulate the circuit of WPT system and the fault state of LCC-S WPT system.The output voltage waveform of LCC-S WPT system is obtained through simulation.The original characteristic information of current and voltage is collected at the system data sampling point.The data of the system are extracted and processed to obtain the effective characteristic data of the normal working state and various kinds of fault conditions.The SVM fault diagnosis model of LCC-S WPT system is established in the simulation software MATLAB.The input of the diagnosis model is the effective characteristic data of normal working state and fault states.The higher accuracy of fault diagnosis can be obtained by using RBF,and the most accurate of radial basis function is further selected.The final result shows that the LCC-S WPT system fault diagnosis model established by support vector machine can achieve high diagnosis accuracy.In a word,the WPT system with LCC-S compensation topology fault diagnosis model based on SVM can effectively diagnose the system fault.
