The Application And Research Of Local Characteristic Culture In The Design Of Bed And Breakfast

Tourism is already one of the important economic and social pillars of our country.The industry of homestay has also received more and more people’s love and attention.The rapid development of the industry of homestay and its prospects are getting wider and wider.With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry,people’s quality of life is gradually improving.During the travel process,the demand for accommodation conditions is not limited to only satisfying the single function of "living".The design of the homestay is to submerge the local characteristic culture in the foundation and process of the homestay.This topic will explore how to proceed from five perspectives.In the process of tourism,the carrier will be integrated into the local special culture through the carrier to let consumers feel and experience.This paper outlines the local characteristics of culture and the purpose and significance of homestay design,analysis of homestay design at home and abroad,and research content and methods.And separately summarize the local characteristic culture and the design of the homestay,and analyze the superiority of the integration of the local characteristic culture and the homestay design.Secondly,the theory summarizes the local characteristic culture in Gannan area and conducts investigation and analysis on some homestays in Gannan area,and summarizes its desirable points and possible problems.And analyze the design concept and design concept of local special culture in the design process of the homestay,focusing on the analysis of the source,expression,application principles,and application methods of the concept construction of the local specialty culture in the homestay design.First,analyze the "expression" and "reproduction" of traditional culture.Second,analyze how to combine local characteristics and the design of the homestay from the aspects of traditionality and modernity,practicality and beauty,innovation and sustainability;finally,Summarize the design methods and design concepts of the application and refinement of local unique cultural design elements,the application and rendering of space and color,the comprehensive application of materials and decoration,and the application of interior furnishings.The final selection of this project is the design of a homestay in Xingguo County,Gannan City,Jiangxi Province,China.It first introduces the local special culture of Gannan region,and then the principles of the practical application of the local special culture of Jiangxi Gannan region in the design of homestay.Design creation with specific applied research methods,etc.Finally,through the combination of creative practice and design concept,the design creation of this paper is completed.
