In large-span industrial and civil buildings,spatial grid structure is the preferred structural form.As the joint of multiple rods,it should have the characteristics of high bearing capacity,low dead weight,convenient alignment and high installation efficiency,so as to meet the development needs of modern architecture.On the basis of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of welded hollow ball and bolt ball joints,this paper proposes a new type of joint--bolt hollow ball shell joint for single-layer and double-layer grid structure.The main work is as follows:(1)To carry out the structural design of the bolt hollow spherical shell joints,and determine the composition of the joints and relevant parameters.(2)To establish a finite element model of hollow bolt spherical shell node,and under the unidirectional stress state,to analyze in the hollow spherical shell outer diameter D,wall thick Ness T,single curved washer outside diameter d_q,thick Ness t_n of the inner hole of the gaske,cover plate’s high h_g,thick Ness t_g,,installation hole diameter D’,and ribbed plate etc how to affect the bearing capacity of node,and to give the node compressive and tensile bearing capacity calculation formula.(3)Under the premise of the same bolt and steel pipe specifications,the relevant parameters of welded hollow ball joint,bolt ball joint and bolt hollow ball shell joint are to be constructed.And the performance indexes such as bearing capacity and dead weight of the three joints are to be compared and analyzed.(4)To establish a bolt multidirectional stress finite element model of hollow spherical shell node,and to carry out the work including chord,inclined web membe,and inclined web member and chord changes of relative internal force,angleθbetween the branch pipes,ribbed plates and other factors to study their effect for the bearing capacity of node analysis.And to introduce coefficientη_m of the multidirectional stress of compressive strength,tensile bearing capacity.
